Spagna - Volume alcolometrico: 40% Invecchiato in botti di rovere che precedentemente contenevano Sherry, tramite il Metodo Solera. Colore mogano scuro e profondo, presenta al naso un bouquet ricco e ampio, con evidenti sentori di caffè in chicchi, cannella, chiodi di garofano e sensazioni fruttate dolci di confettura di ciliegie e prugne, insieme a lievi sbuffi di cacao. L'assaggio è straordinariamente delicato, morbido, ricco di ritorni tostati di nocciola, e con un tocco di melassa, perfettamente bilanciato tra l'alcolicità e la rotondità, verso una lunga persistenza di note speziate e tostate.
