IN ABRUZZO, ROSATO IS SYNONYMOUS WITH CERASUOLO: A TYPICAL INTENSELY FRUITY WINE, WITH A LIVELY AND BRILLIANT PINK COLOR, OBTAINED FROM THE VINIFICATION OF MONTEPULCIANO GRAPES WITH OFF-SKIN FERMENTATION.

Well balanced between fresh acidity and moderate residual sugars, with a creamy consistency and a long finish. Pairings A sparkling wine with many combinations with the possibility of being served throughout the meal. Excellent as an aperitif and with appetizers.

Vine to be rediscovered ancient variety that gives persistence, harmonious and slightly balsamic flavor with notes of citrus and garden fragrances. Made exclusively with Pecorino. Raw fish and shellfish, fish dishes in general; also excellent with fresh or stretched curd cheeses.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colle Secco Rubino by Cantina Tollo is presented after 24 months in oak barrels in the glass in a dark ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, accompanied by a delicate spicy aroma and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and well structured with an almost cherry fruit and a fine and harmonious woody note in the finish. A wine that is suitable for dishes that are not too strong, pasta, grilled meats and cheeses that are not seasoned for too long.
