The only white wine produced by the company, Nibbiano takes its name from one of the streams that flow near the cellar. Made for about half with red grapes that are immediately pressed and vinified without peel, it is an immediate, fresh and easy to drink wine but with a strong and authentic character that makes it unique and recognizable in every vintage

Pinot Noir Valdipiatta is an expression of our desire to combine the passion for this noble vine with the curiosity to touch first-hand what surprises our terroir can reserve. Two thousand vines trained with spurred cordon to which we dedicate a double harvest and a totally manual vinification. It is a wine that expresses all the craftsmanship of our work and our ever-living enthusiasm for experimentation.

The Riserva del Vino Nobile is born exclusively in exceptional years in which the grapes from our old vineyards are carefully selected and vinified separately. The longevity of this wine usually requires that the aging in wood is followed by a period of refinement in the bottle, sometimes even important, necessary to achieve a perfect balance of all its components.

Vino Nobile is the result of a careful selection of the best Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero grapes from the various company vineyards which are harvested and vinified separately each year and then expertly blended so as to best express all the elegance, complexity and finesse of the Montepulciano terroir.

Rich in aromas and soft on the palate, Rosso di Montepulciano is an everyday wine that does not require special occasions to be uncorked and appreciated. We suggest enjoying it as a pleasant aperitif or in combination with simple or medium-complex savory dishes.
