Maso Martis

The Trento Spumante Rosé Extra Brut from the Maso Martis family winery is a velvety mountain wine suitable for any convivial occasion. It is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes and aged for 36 months on its lees. The delicate rosé color and the fine and persistent perlage recall the aromas of small red berried fruit, raspberries, wild strawberries, currants and wild flowers such as violets, with hints of yeast emerging on the finish. The sip is fresh, mineral, refined, elegant, with a long and balanced finish.

The warm rays of this magnificent 2015 summer have allowed us to produce again a warm jewel: the "Sole d'Autunno", our organic Chardonnay passito. Already in the post in which I told you about the Cronistoria Della Biovendemmia 2015 I anticipated the return of this extraordinary sweet wine. But let's try to find out more about this nectar produced by Maso Martis organic farm on the hills of Trento only in a few exceptional years! Also in this case the rule applies that the quality of great wines does not start in the cellar, but first of all in the countryside... in fact, only with the presence of favorable conditions that guarantee an exceptional wine, does the production of the "Autumn Sun" begin ”. The grapes harvested with gradual maturation are carefully selected. Only the best and perfect bunches are placed in small crates and left to dry in a cool, well-ventilated room for a few months.

Moscato Rosa is a native Trentino vine, its bunch is very loose and has a very low yield. We produce between eight hundred and a thousand bottles a year and the last harvest was truly amazing!

It is a wine rich in moods and aromas, accentuated by the aging in barriques, synonymous with classic and refined winemaking, a perfect match for even important structured dishes.

A wine with a strong personality, full of intense aromas, it reflects the typicality of the varietal and the territory.
