One of the indigenous wines par excellence of our area, on the hills overlooking the Metauro we cultivate the Biancame grapes from which this Organic Bianchello Doc is born. The Cococciola variety, which has always been cultivated in this region, is not well documented from a historical point of view. In Italy it was underestimated, but in France, more than many years ago, it had already been classified by scholars from Abruzzo.
