It comes from pure Chardonnay grapes, harvested at flat ripening in the vineyards located near Ortona, in the province of Chieti. Soft pressing and cold maceration to obtain a limpid must which, once decanted, can be fermented, strictly at a controlled temperature to preserve all the goodness of its aromas, in stainless steel tanks. The result is a white, delicately scented, with a brilliant straw color. The nose reveals the warmth of its homeland well. Chardonnay, in fact, shows notes of tropical fruit and yellow flesh. In the mouth, however, it is above all fresh and well balanced in all its components.
