Our Vin Santo In Pincis is produced only in the best years, when the conditions give the healthiest grapes and the highest sugar levels. Rigorously selected bunches of Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti undergo a long drying process, then the wine spends seven years in wooden barrels.

Forcole Tenuta Degli Dei, pure Sangiovese, is born on a three-hectare vineyard located a few kilometers from the central body of the company's vineyards and facing south. After vinification, it matured 10 months in 2nd and 3rd passage tonneaux and the last 4 months was aged in non-vitrified concrete tanks. The result is a hymn to the best tradition of the denomination, including pleasure and fruit.

Vinification with maceration on the skins for about 15 days at 28 °C, subsequent maturation in barriques for 10/12 months to move on to refinement in the bottle for a minimum of 4 months. It displays aromas and flavors of dried fig, nuts, sultanas, leather and balsamic hints that make it a wonderful accompaniment to a cheese platter.
