Organoleptic characteristics: brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections; elegant bouquet with hints of cherries, berries and spicy notes. Dry and fresh taste, good structure and pleasant tannins.

It moves in the glass with a concentrated and deep ruby red color. The nose reveals balsamic notes, alternating with floral references and nuances of black berry fruit and tobacco. It enters the mouth with a warm, ample and enveloping sip, in which the tannic texture is elegantly integrated into the excellent structure. It is a wine that has an important structure, and therefore requires elaborate dishes. Perfect with red meats and medium-aged cheeses, it is best to try with a grilled fillet accompanied by mushrooms.

Bright ruby red to the eye, it conquers the nose with a whirlwind of elegant aromas, in which ripe fruit - especially the morello cherry - can be found, spicy references and balsamic nuances.
