The vineyards are located in the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea, in a hilly area, with an average altitude of 230 meters slm , on mainly clayey-limestone soils. After the manual harvest, the bunches are destemmed and softly pressed, followed by maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks.
