Vine with concentrated peel extract which, however, if vinified with delicacy, is capable of giving a wine with a nice rhythm in the mouth, to bite. Of pulse, nerve and precise tannin, without smudges and without frills. Juicy.
Pecorino with a bright color and crunchy in the mouth. Obtained with a pied de cuve to start the spontaneous fermentation, it requires a pre-harvest (from which the fermentation must will be obtained), and a subsequent harvest whose mass is primed to ferment about 18 days in steel fermenters. Aged in steel tanks on the fine lees for 3 months and bottled without filtration or stabilization. Any deposit testifies to the integrity of the wine.
SenzaNiente is an essential, identifying wine with a wine color and vibrant freshness. Excellent in combination with dishes based on white meats, aperitifs or fresh cheeses.

The first labels born from Maestro Beppe Vessichio's cellar are Sesto Armonico Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Sesto Armonico Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, two wines that enjoy a refinement induced by musical harmony that evolves the bonds making them balanced and enjoyable.

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC organic, produced entirely from grapes from the Montepulciano vine. “Ci li vò” is a typical Abruzzo expression that indicates satisfaction and gratification. In this case it expresses something "perfect" which, placed in a given context and moment, is such as to make a situation sublime. "It is the right time", "It was really necessary!".
This oil is obtained exclusively with olives of the "Fagiolara" variety received at an average altitude of 700 m above sea level. The result is a very dense green oil, full-bodied taste, notes of fresh grass.
