Collio Bianco Fosarin on the table goes very well with fish-based dishes, and in particular in combination with tasty seafood appetizers, seafood first courses and risottos and fish soups, but also soft cheeses and white meats.

Very intense ruby red color with garnet reflections that appear with the evolution of the wine; it is complex on the nose, with aromas of violets, red fruits in syrup, vanilla and spicy notes.
