"Evaluna" is a red wine made from Cabernet grapes produced by the Sansonina winery, the Garda di Zenato estate. Elegant, feminine, fresh and with a good structure, it highlights a symphony of fruity notes, in which aromas of wild berries emerge, accompanied by memories of liquorice, aromatic herbs, vegetable puffs and oriental spices.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a noble grape variety famous for its ability to give rise to full-bodied red wines and incomparable bouquet. Obtained from a careful selection of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc, it is vinified with traditional methods, aged and refined in small French oak barrels.

The Colli Pesaresi Doc Monte San Bartolo Cabernet Sauvignon Natural Park bears the name of the tenacious and obscure guardian of the beautiful Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia . Strong and determined character that goes well with Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine with an intense, powerful and austere color. The vine is grown on the hill of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park overlooking the sea, in favorable soil and climatic conditions which give it the characteristics of a structured wine with a deep ruby red color. On the nose it recalls ripe red fruits and vegetal notes of tomato leaf, the taste is savory, soft and warm. It goes perfectly with flavored meat and game dishes.

Meirggio di Fontodi is a juicy and refined Sauvignon Blanc that has a lot to offer white wine lovers. The nose is stolen and crunchy with hints of river rocks, fresh herbs, white wildflowers and a sprinkling of peppery spices. Agile, this wine enhances the palate, driven by its two engines: savory and marked acidity. Pleasant upon release, this sophisticated white will drink wonderfully even in a few years' time. Meriggio comes from the Fontodi vineyard, facing north, La Rota. The grapes ferment in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, and then the wine matures on the lees for six months, mainly in stainless steel, with a small percentage in amphora.

Cabernet Sauvignon DOC is a Friulian red wine, produced by the Perusini farm, located in Corno di Rosazzo in the province of Udine, on the eastern Friulian hills. The grape that gives rise to this wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vinification takes place in steel with selected yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barriques.

Dark ruby red color, almost impenetrable, consistent, it explodes on the nose very elegant aromas of green pepper with vegetal nuances well blended with apricot and vanilla with a violet finish. In the mouth its great structure immediately emerges which, supported by a good acidity, makes it a candidate for longevity. It is pulpy, dense with fruit and elegant with dense and refined perfectly smooth tannins. It closes harmoniously on notes of jam with an almost infinite persistence.
