Straw yellow color, intense nose, with hints of grapes, tropical fruit, white flowers, in the mouth it is sweet and enveloping, however fresh and savory.
Historic and rare native grape of our province of Chieti. Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is delicate, with notes of spring white flowers and evident clumpy sensations. In the mouth it is savory, good persistence and nice acidity with a slightly bitter note reminiscent of hazelnut. Food matches: Seafood dishes, selection of aged and semi-aged cheeses Ideal as an aperitif and vegetarian dishes.

Golden yellow in color. The nose is elegant, intense and quite complex. Fruity and oral, herbaceous. On the palate it is fresh with the right flavor. Balanced and intense. The bouquet is reminiscent of orange blossom, jasmine, yellow peach, pineapple and a hint of candied citrus and notes of dry pastic ceria. Vinification : Manual harvesting of grapes in small boxes. Cold pressing in an inert environment, static decantation of the must with controlled fermentation. Anament in terracotta amphorae for 12 months. The cococciola is a grape that allows to obtain a wine of structure and longevity. The amphora does not yield any aroma, enhances the varietals of the grapes used and allows, thanks to the porosity of the clay, a good micro-genesis.
Light straw yellow, brilliant. On the nose it expresses a fruity, mineral, very fine perfume even in its frankness. On the palate it is dry, fresh and savory, characterized by a very clean finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood appetizers and fish-based first courses. A pleasant white especially in summer for its great drinkability and freshness.
This selection of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and semillon grapes is the demonstration of how an excellent white wine can also be produced in a territory more traditionally suited to the production of red grapes. Chardonnay, harvested when fully ripe, brings structure and complexity to the Sauvignon freshness and acidity. The small French oak barrels, where part of the wine ferments and ages for about 9 months, give it a pleasant and discreet toasted note.
