The Moscato d'Asti from the La Caudrina winery is a delicate, fresh and immediate sparkling sweet wine. It comes from almost 40-year-old vines at 280 m above sea level and is expressed in an engaging aromatic range rich in fruit and flowers. The grapes that give rise to Moscato d'Asti La Caudrina are hand-picked and gently pressed. The must thus obtained is subjected to clarification and filtration, after which it is placed in refrigerated tanks. Fermentation takes place in an autoclave, to preserve liveliness and effervescence.

Refined and intense, structured and persistent , it is obtained from Chardonnay grapes with a small percentage of Grechetto, a native grape that brings acidity and binds it even more to the territory. The vinification takes place in Allier and Troncaise barriques, where the wine then matures for six months before being bottled and left to refine for another 10 months.

Cuordilava is obtained from the 2017 harvest of Nerello Mascalese grapes: a red of great elegance that after a long period of aging expresses intense notes of small red fruits, spices and undergrowth on the palate is broad and deep, with caressing tannins and a long persistence.

Ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is very intense, dominated by hints of red fruit, followed by light spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, with a full body and present but velvety tannins. Good persistence finish. Excellent in combination with first courses with meat sauces, it is ideal as an accompaniment to second courses of red meats, grilled and roasted.

The Korem Magnum proposed by the famous Argiolas winery, an important family-run production company in southern Sardinia, is an Isola dei Nuraghi Typical Geographical Indication wine. A product of considerable interest, for a label that is a real pride of Sardinian oenology. This red is produced from the blend of Carignano, Bovale Sardo and Cannonau grapes, fruit of native varieties grown at 300 meters above sea level, on a medium-textured soil with the presence of clay and limestone.

• Isolano comes from a selection of Carricante grapes from the 2019 harvest: a white with a refined bouquet with citrus scents, notes of broom in bloom and volcanic and Mediterranean aromatic herbs, Isolano stands out for its enveloping and magnificent minerality.

Produced exclusively in exceptional vintages, this Riserva represents for San Felice the maximum expression of the 'terroir' of Campogiovanni. Coming from the careful selection of Sangiovese grosso from the 'Il Quercione' vineyard of about 2.5 hectares, it is a wine that combines rigor, concentration, elegance as well as an extraordinary capacity for aging. Refine for 24 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. (tonneaux) and 36 months in the bottle.

Bright coral pink color, the nose is fruity and with hints that recall red fruit, in the mouth it is round, fresh, characterized by a slight spiciness, and persistent in length.
