It is obtained from freshly fermented pomace of Chianti Classico, produced in the San Felice estates. It matures first in steel, and for a few months in small oak barrels, the appearance is crystalline in transparency and the color tone slightly amber.
Only the best Sangiovese grapes selected in the company's Chianti Classico vineyards make up this Reserve, a valid combination of tradition and modernity.
