Il Franciacorta Satèn Vintage Collection di Ca' del Bosco nasce in vigneti situati tra i verdi paesaggi e le dolci colline di Erbusco, nel cuore del magico terroir della Franciacorta, la culla morenica a Sud del lago d'Iseo. E' prodotto al 85% con uve Chardonnay, al 15% con uve Pinot Bianco, raccolte unicamente a mano durante la prima e seconda decade di Agosto. La fermentazione avviene secondo il metodo classico con rifermentazione in bottiglia. Successivamente il vino affina sui lieviti per 48-52 mesi. Il Satèn Vintage Collection è caratterizzato da un colore giallo paglierino. Al naso si apre con profumi di pesca ed agrumi, arricchiti da piacaevoli sentori di miele. Al palato risulta elegante, piacevolmente fresco e sapido, con una delicata effervescenza. Perfetto per accompagnare antipasti, affettati e salumi, è ideale in abbinamento a piatti a base di pesce e crostacei.

Come le armoniche note di una complessa partitura d'orchestra, ogni fase della produzione deve essere eseguita seguendo i tempi e le cadenze che la perfezione richiede. Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro non ha alcuna aggiunta di liqueur d'expédition (sciroppo di dosaggio aggiunto in minima quantità negli altri Franciacorta durante la fase di dégorgement). Un Franciacorta puro, sincero, frutto della migliore espressione di uno straordinario terroir e dell'uomo che ne ha intuito il carattere e le potenzialità. Sapore: armonioso e di grande struttura ricco gusto di frutti scuri e maturi e tannini avvolgenti. Ben equilibrato accarezza il palato con grande pulizia complessità e persistenza.

Colore: rosso rubino. Profumo: intenso e complesso con eleganti note fruttate (prugne, more, ribes) insieme ai tipici sentori speziati di cannella e pepe nero. Sapore: caldo morbido giustamente tannico persistente.

Profumo: note di fichi secchi e datteri prugne e mirtilli in confettura aprono a sensazioni di viole piacevoli e sottili toni speziati con drappi di sottobosco. Sentori di frutta secca e cacao in chiusura. Sapore: delicata dolcezza al palato freschezza appagante tannino morbido e persistenza complessa.

Colore: giallo paglierino luminoso. Profumo: al naso è intenso con aromi di pesca bianca melone erbe aromatiche e pino che si traducono in un palato maturo e strutturato. Sapore: caldo e morbido decisa percezione sapida al palato accompagnata da una bella freschezza. Piacevole nota floreale che persiste nel finale.

Colore: rosso rubino intenso. Profumo: naso elegante con decisa componente fruttata a base di more selvatiche prugne secche lamponi in confettura e mirtilli. Noce moscata vaniglia e chiodi di garofano anticipano timbri di erbe aromatiche e cuoio. Sbuffi di mandorla tostata e petali di viola appassiti affiancano sentori di sottobosco. Sapore: acidità brillante e tannini asciutti accompagnano fino in fondo donandogli una perfetta chiusura. Persistente.

Prodotto con uve Primitivo, raccolte a mano nella terza decade di agosto. Fermentazione alcolica a temperature non superiori ai 25°C, successivo breve affinamento in acciaio prima di essere imbottigliato.

Colore: rosso rubino con sfumature granato. Profumo: intenso ed intrigante con evidenti note di ciliegie ed amarene poi cenni balsamici uniti a quelli tipicamente speziati (cannella, pepe nero e chidi di garofano) tabacco e note tostate in fondo. Sapore: al palato è fresco asciutto sapido ed armonico vellutato ed avvolgente dotato di buon corpo morbido ed equilibrato con leggero retrogusto tostato.

Colore: rosso rubino compatto. Profumo: al naso note di vaniglia e cannella cioccolato fondente e humus. Sentori di ciliegia matura e composta di ribes nero si intrecciano a note di liquirizia in perfetto equilibrio. Sapore: al palato si presenta caldo e morbido con tannino fine e smussato. Bella persistenza.

E' datata 1932 la nascita del “Consorzio Produttori Vini e Mosti rossi superiori da taglio per la zona di Manduria”. All’epoca il Primitivo, come indicato nel nome del consorzio, era deputato a rafforzare i famosi vini francesi e del nord Italia.

The Rosato 2020 has already shown that the approach is the right one, and the fact of also proposing the red version of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo vinified and matured only in steel confirms the desire to give these two wines a very precise style, played on captivating aromas, moderate alcohol content and a balanced energy to the taste. They say that the colour also plays its part, here a beautiful bright and deep ruby, while the range of aromas offers notes of rose, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, blueberry and a subtle hint of blood orange. The taste shows all the expressive thrust of Montepulciano, with a freshness comparable to that of a white wine, the fruitiness is full and enriched by nuances of cocoa and liquorice, the tannin has that slight bite that serves to remind us that it is not a 'little wine', that it does not last a year and that at the table it can also hold up to dishes of a certain structure and fatness.

Il Lagrein ha un aroma fine e gradevole che richiama il profumo della viola. Il gusto è pieno, vellutato e leggermente asprigno. Si conserva a lungo. Si abbina bene a grigliate di carne, arrosti, selvaggina e formaggi piccanti.
