The olive-growing area of the company is arranged in promiscuous plants, respecting the traditional type of agriculture characteristic of large Tuscan companies. The olive trees, of the leccino, moraiolo, pendolino, frantoio varieties, are not planted next to each other in a specialized system. They are in rows alternating with fields or vineyards. The total number of olive trees on the farm is around 8,000. About 2,000 of which have only landscape and soil conservation value as they are present in soils that are difficult to cultivate.

This is how the "Colle il Castello" that stands behind the cellar is called. The result: an extra dry of the highest level.

At sight it is straw yellow. The nose is expressed with pleasant and fine floral aromas. On the palate it is fresh and with a characteristic harmonious flavour.

The La Rocca vineyard is located on the hill of Mount Rocchetta, close to the medieval Scaliger castle of Soave. La Rocca enjoys a particular microclimate, which makes it possible to obtain a wine with a unique and unreproducible bouquet and gustatory notes, typical of a pedigree wine. Innovative, since its debut in 1978, it has marked a deep groove in the territory, becoming an undisputed symbol of quality and tradition.

Color: Dark ruby red color. Smell: Bouquet of raisin flowers and red fruit in alcohol, with hints of licorice. Taste: It is persistent with sweet spices and licorice.

Excellent structure with soft, sweet and persistent tannins, spicy with toasted hints of coffee and ripe fruit.

Brilliant in color with pale greenish-yellow reflections. The bouquet is very fine, fruity, with a hint of ripe apple characteristic of the vine of origin. Pleasantly fresh taste on the palate, it maintains an aromatic and gustatory persistence.

The grapes, the same used for the production of Amarone, are left to dry in the plateaus for a few months and pressed in March when they have reached their maximum sugar concentration.

After many years of experience with the Marramiero Brut and the maturation of the Pinot Nero vineyards, the passion has pushed us to compare ourselves with a classic Rosé method. Only after a long and patient work and many months of permanence on the yeasts can we obtain those characteristics of excellence set for us to begin the marketing of our Rosé.

Sparkling wine from 100% Falanghina grapes, harvested around the first half of September in the Sannio Beneventano area.

This wine is a Moscato, complex and structured, produced with grapes from suitable vineyards. The intense and fragrant aromas that smell of wisteria and peach, sage and lemon, last a long time and enhance the sweet, fresh and delicate flavour, stimulating for the fine perlage. Meditation wine, it goes well with all types of sweets.

The members of AGRILOGICA cultivate vineyards, olive groves and vegetable gardens in Sardinia with organic methods, respecting the land and European regulations.

First flower, from soft pressing and short maceration on the skins. Light, delicate and sharp to the taste. Seducer of senses, intense and fresh like the early morning rose. The sense of smell surrenders to the hollyhock while the rose sparkles canine, slight scent of hibiscus. Fragrant and lively taste, intense reference to the pulp of strawberry and red currant. Pinot Grigio, known in Alto Adige as Ruländer, is distinguished by its floral aromas and is characterized by a balanced acidity and a fresh and velvety palate.

The white bombino also lends itself easily to the production of lively and sparkling wines, thanks to its acidic vein which allows to obtain fresh and fragrant wines. PEPITO'S is proof of this: Fresh and delicate, characterized by a pleasant perlage, very cold it is an excellent aperitif, but also a pleasant accompaniment to fish and shellfish dishes.
