Message in a Bottle Bianco now joins our portfolio of acclaimed wines. A blend of Vermentino (84%), Sauvignon (14%) and small Trebbiano is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish and vegetable dishes. With an alcohol content of 12.5% it is aged for 5 months.

This wine takes its name from a property of the estate and when translated it means "little house on the roads". Colloquially, this can also mean "the confusion of ways" by suggesting philosophical reflections on the paths we all take in life.

Il Palagio is located above the picturesque Tuscan town of Figline Valdarno. For the last two decades it has been the summer home of Sting and Trudie's growing family and the site of many of their intimate parties, private concerts and anniversaries. The villa, its guest houses, vineyards and olive groves have been lovingly restored by Sting and Trudie and is now a fully functioning, living organic farm and vineyard.

Il Palagio is located above the picturesque Tuscan town of Figline Valdarno. It is a Charmat method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes. It is a straw yellow with green reflections. Its bouquet is very subtle and intense. Scents of "acacia" flowers and green apple. It can be stored for up to five years. It is a perfect wine for aperitifs, but also to be appreciated for a dinner of lobster, prawns and oysters.

La Duchessa is a Chianti Riserva made from 100% Sangiovese grapes

Named after Sting's song "Sister Moon", this was the first Tuscan IGT wine produced at the Palagio. With an alcohol content of 14.9% it ages for 24 months in new French barriques.

This organic olive oil comes from the vast Il Palagio estate of Sting and Trudie Styler. In this domain there are centuries-old olive trees from which a fantastic olive oil is also certified organic. The oil is a blend of various types of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Maurino, Coratina and Leccio del Corno olives. Olive oil has a very fine texture and a soft aftertaste. The oil has an acidity of only 0.02% instead of the usual 0.5-0.99%. Aromas of almonds, apple, banana, spices and shades of marzipan. Delicious with salads, bruschetta or Italian bread.

Spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper, juniper notes with balsamic undertones. Taste: Warm, soft, velvety, fresh with good acidity.

When We Dance is a magnificent ruby red color and has a balanced and soft palate. Perfect to combine with traditional Tuscan recipes.

Our first Rose, Beppe Rosato is a blend of Sangiovese and other red grapes of the Tuscan tradition. It is a peony pink color, fresh scent with notes of pineapple and peach. Fresh bouquet on the palate, savory with good persistence.
