The Bruciato Bolgheri di Antinori is produced from red grapes from 80 hectares of vineyards that best express the typical characteristics of the Bolgheri area. The wine ferments for 10-15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30 ° C. A part of Merlot and Syrah undergoes fermentation at lower temperatures to better maintain the varietal aromas.
