Austere and broad red, the Harimann is the spearhead of the Pasetti company. An extreme version of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, this wine offers unique sensations to those who taste it. Also perfect on its own, as a meditation wine.

Deep ruby red, it gives the nose and mouth aromas of ripe red fruit and undergrowth such as blackberries, blueberries, plums, black cherries and an evident note of violet. Its aromatic kit is also dressed in tertiary hints of cocoa, tobacco licorice, cloves, black pepper and leather. Warm, robust wine with elegant tannins, good structure and long persistence. To be appreciated several years after the harvest and which lends itself to long ageing. It goes well with lasagna, structured first courses with tomato sauce, skewers, braised meats, game and seasoned and blue cheeses.

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose expresses richness and intensity thanks to beautiful fruity and slightly spicy, balsamic and floral notes. On the palate it is centered, juicy, fine and complete. It closes with a vibrant and persistent finish. Throughout the meal, it goes well with salami and meats rich in flavor, tasty and aromatic cheeses.

Meticulous selection of the grapes, with subsequent soft pressing and fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature. The sparkling base ages for 7 months in steel on the lees. At the end a long refermentation in the bottle for 30 months which leads the wine to have a more intense and decisive body. Pouring it into the glass, it reveals itself with beautiful straw-colored nuances with marked floral scents and flan bread crust. The excellence of Franciacorta from the Le Vedute house, expression of balance and very long persistence.

Cleopatra Oro is a line of Grappas from the Poli Distillerie obtained from very fresh pomace, characterized by an extreme finesse and aromatic cleanliness, due to a vacuum distillation with a unique system of its kind: Crysopea.

Grappa Poli Bassano Classica is transformed and acquires added value: it becomes Poli Bassano 24 Carati, Grappa made from pomace from our area ennobled by being aged for 24 months in carats, a very Italian term to indicate small oak barrels.

A Grappa to honor tradition and the territory with simplicity and genuineness: Poli Bassano Classica aims to be a timeless Grappa, which recalls the scent of freshly distilled pomace without any pungency on the palate.
