Slightly straw-coloured, the very aromatic gin gives off hints of juniper and alpine herbs, while on the palate it is dry and full, with a good balance between the resinous and floral notes of the herbs. Many of the botanicals, such as alpine rose, mallow, mountain pine, pine buds and genepy grow spontaneously in the valley where the Acqueverdi stream descends.
