Metodo: London Dry (ottenuto da alcol etilico di origine agricola con un tenore massimo di metanolo di 5 g/hl di alcol al 100%, l'aroma è dovuto alla ridistillazione di alcol etilico in alambicchi tradizionali). Volume alcolometrico: 43% Paese di provenienza: Regno Unito Un London Dry dal sapore netto e secco. Il ginepro è predominante. La mancanza di agrumi lo rende più secco di altri gin, ma il coriandolo gli dona un profumo al limone. Trasparente e cristallino, presenta al naso sensazioni nette di erbe aromatiche e officinali, insieme a spezie dolci di liquirizia e note di corteccia. Il suo gusto è secco e deciso, giustamente bilanciato, con corpo morbido e rotondo che conduce ad un finale secco, pulito e deciso nei ritorni vegetali.

A Riserva with an austere and solemn character, which reaches the qualitative peaks of the entire range created by the Valentino Butussi farm. This "Santuari" is a Cabernet Sauvignon DOC where the balance between taste and aroma makes the sip incisive and expressive, denoting its great evolutionary potential over time. The carefully selected grapes, after harvesting, ferment in oak barrels thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts. Then we move on to the refinement, carried out for two years in oak barrels with a capacity of 300 liters; after bottling, the wine further ages in glass for 12 months. A label that interprets the Colli Orientali del Friuli terroir with a niche production, where excellence and aging capacity go hand in hand, giving us a red wine of great value.

A white from Central Italy with a determined and well-defined character. A fragrant, deep, dynamic and elegant white wine. This Passerina DOC from Costa del Mulino, once tasted, will never be missing from your cellar.

The wine has a medium intense straw colour. The nose reveals pleasant notes of citrus, honey and yellow peach and sometimes a characteristic hint of "beer". The taste is presented as a wine with body and structure, balanced by a good acidity that refreshes the palate.

Vinification: obtained from 70% red berried grapes and 50% syrah grapes, conferred by local winemakers; vinified with Provençal technique without pressing; transfer of the must to steel tanks where it is kept in stirring for about 7 days at a temperature of 5°C before the start of fermentation at a controlled temperature (16°). Maturation and refinement: subjected to refinement in steel and further storage in the bottle for a couple of months. Organoleptic characteristics: light pink color with a persistent and fruity aroma. The palate is soft, refreshing and grade ole. Longevity in the bottle: 2 or more years, properly stored. Serving temperature: 10-12°C Suggested pairings: it goes well with light fish-based dishes and is ideal when paired with young cheeses.

Cerasuolo d' Abruzzo Terre Valse Frentana 2019. Rosé wine produced in Abruzzo with fruity and floral aromas, in particular notes of red fruits are highlighted.

Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Terre di Venere Frentana comes from grapes of the vine of the same name. After crushing-destemming and soft pressing, a static cleaning is performed on the free-run must, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature conducted by selected native yeasts.

The name "Nerie" is linked to the name of a valiant Etruscan leader. In the archaeological excavations carried out in Villalfonsina in 1914, many artifacts were found that highlight the presence in the 6th-5th century BC of trade with the Etruscan area. Among others, bronze statuettes depicting a knight on horseback and a red impasto olla bearing the silhouette of the same knight and the inscription “ne” (probable abbreviation of the individual name Nerie). The label of our “Nerie” is inspired by a bronze disc with the aforementioned rider on horseback in relief. The wine shows a deep straw yellow color with golden hues and greenish reflections. Floral, aromatic, very pleasant on the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, persistent and with excellent freshness due to the consistent acid structure of the grape.

On the palate sensations of undergrowth fruits and rightly balanced licorice open up.

2020 vintage

Ripe grapes harvested in their full aromatic and extractive vigor from ancient vines that for over 30 years have produced fruits of extraordinary sweetness and aromatic intensity. Violet and dense allocchio, fruity and pulpy on the nose, it offers clear sensations of red flowers, blackberries and hints of sweet spices. The soft tannins of this Montepulciano dAbruzzo pleasantly caress the palate, giving back sensations of roundness and satisfaction and well balanced by the acid component. Ripe pulp extracts satisfy the sip, losing their softness and yielding to sweetness, fullness and elegance.

Montefalco Grechetto doc is a dry wine that presents a range of lively aromas on the nose as well as in the mouth. Sweet fruit, white and yellow flowers and a good acidic freshness keep it alive and persistent. A native white grape of Umbria, in Scacciadiavoli it is vinified in purity. It accompanies hot summer days served at the right temperature and goes well with first courses or light main courses all year round. Wine to drink young. The presence of deposits in the bottom of the bottle is natural.

That the Trebbiano Spoletino grape is of high enological interest is now a certain fact. It is an ancient vine that has only recently been rediscovered. It can be grown in the territory of Spoleto and Montefalco. In our cellar we have aimed to capture the finer and at the same time intriguing soul of this grape. We have given space to its changing and original aromas with a vinification in amphora that respects these characteristics and then we have strengthened its expressive character with an aging in untoasted wood and amphora for at least 9 months. In our opinion the result is that of a great white wine for aging, capable of surprising at every sip for its richness of facets.

Each family in Abruzzo has its own tatone. Confidential and affectionate appellation for the grandfather, the tatone actually represents a fundamental figure in the traditional family structure, to which age and maturity confer authority, prestige and wisdom. Our Tatone is like this too: a mature and complex Montepulciano dAbruzzo, to which 24 months aging in large Slavonian oak barrels and 3 months in the bottle gives balance and elegance, with aromas of fruit and spices supported by an excellent structure and accompanied by a long persistence. A complex and at the same time authentic wine, like all tatoni tenaciously linked to its traditions and its land: this land of Abruzzo that we cultivate with love and respect, of which we work the grapes with the wisdom of generations of winemakers, using technologies more advanced to protect and enhance its qualities. The rediscovery

Dopo una rigorosa selezione dei grappoli ed una leggera pigiatura, la fermentazione del mosto avviene, in tini di rovere naturale da 32hl. In seguito al tiraggio in primavera, trascorre un periodo di oltre 72 mesi sui lieviti e dopo la sboccatura trascorrono almeno 6 mesi prima della messa in commercio.
