The "Pigato" label for the Lunae winery represents the maximum expression of innovation and tradition, elements that the Lunae winery has always cultivated and promoted. This fantastic wine contains all the characteristics of the Ligurian coastal area with a wine vocation. The “Pigato” wine boasts the Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC certification which guarantees its denomination. The vineyards are located in the western Ligurian area and the harvest takes place in the first half of September. For the vinification, stainless steel tanks are used where the must and the wine are kept at a controlled temperature. The refinement always takes place in stainless steel tanks and ends in mid-March or mid-April depending on the degree and harmony reached by the wine.

Numero Chiuso is a white wine of absolute excellence from Vermentino 100% Colli di Luni DOC, aged 14 months in steel and 14 in oak barrels. Pale yellow in color, the nose is intense, rich in aromas of ripe yellow fruit, Mediterranean scrub with its balsamic and aromatic notes, hints of vanilla and exotic fruits. In the mouth it is complex, soft, fresh with good sapidity, decidedly harmonious. Excellent in combination with soups and first courses with seafood, second courses of fish or stewed white meats, and recipes based on mushrooms. Alcohol 14%. Serving temperature 10/12°C.

The Mea Rosa Rosato Liguria di Levante IGT is a wine produced in the Lunae Bosoni winery. The company is located in Ortonova, in the province of La Spezia and, since 1966, has been one of the most flourishing companies in this unique area, thanks to the care, passion and dedication of the family. The grapes come from the Vermentino vine, a classic in this area, halfway between land and sea, with soil rich in clay, silt and limestone and where the climate is Mediterranean. All stages of wine processing take place in full respect of tradition and environmental sustainability, in order to best preserve every scent and characteristic. After the manual harvest, we continue with the soft pressing and fermentation in steel. The refinement always takes place in steel for a few months, before proceeding with bottling and placing on the market. The Mea Rosa Rosato Liguria di Levante IGT is a soft and structured wine, perfect for ready to drink, fresh and fragrant.

WHITE COLLI DI LUNI DOC “FIOR DI LUNA” LUNAE BIANCO COLLI DI LUNI DOC “FIOR DI LUNA” LUNAE: The color is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The scent is fine and delicate with citrus and floral hints of hawthorn and elderberry. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and of good character. The aromatic notes perceived in the perfume are wonderfully rediscovered. Excellent as an aperitif. Pleasantly accompanies seafood salads, white fish and ratatuia vegetables.

The Colli di Luni area is located in that tiny strip of land that connects Liguria with Tuscany and which has a truly unique microclimate: the sea breeze that collides with the cold winds of the Apuan Alps helps to create temperature ranges that are simply perfect for the right maturation of the Vermentino grapes! Evidence of this is gray label, a didactic wine from Lunae Bosoni, the reference winery of the denomination, which has been able to gather the key to understanding a tradition and its territory! Bright straw yellow color with brilliant greenish reflections, the nose has very intense aromas of rennet apple, hawthorn and grapefruit, hints of white peach and a pleasant background reminiscent of acacia honey. Lively taste, very elegant and very balanced between freshness and sapidity, it offers very interesting evolutions, especially in the very long finish of citrus and salt. Perfect for seafood cuisine, try it with pesto trofie and stuffed squid!

From an organoleptic point of view, this exceptional Ligurian wine has a color that goes from an intense straw yellow with light golden reflections to a slightly more intense yellow with amber reflections, visible above all in the more refined versions. The bouquet is elegant with clear hints of wild flowers, aromatic herbs, spices, ripe fruit and honey. Wide and enveloping, it gives a pleasant sensation of freshness already to the nose. The taste on the palate is rightly sapid, harmonious, persistent. A wine of great substance, elegant and with a good tannic structure.

A red fruit of an assembly of the typical varieties of the area: Massareta, Albarossa, Alicante. "Circvs" is a red whose vinification takes place exclusively in steel to maintain freshness and aroma. The result is a wine of great balance, fine and relaxed, extraordinarily territorial and expressive, in the best tradition of Lunae and the territory.

The Ciliegiolo from the Lunae company is made with 100% grapes and falls within the IGT Liguria di Levante. With grapes obtained from the Luni plain and sandy soils, the wines reflect the warm and breezy climate that affects the area during maturation. After arriving in the cellar and destemming, the grapes macerate on the skins for 3 days and then ferment and refine in steel. Light ruby red in colour, it has notes of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, followed by hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is harmonious and juicy, with a return of fruity notes, smooth tannins and good freshness that anticipates a right persistence. Ideal for aperitifs based on fresh cured meats, it also goes well with first courses based on white ragout and radicchio and gorgonzola flans.

Vermentino dei Colli di Luni "Cavagino" is a soft, warm and structured white wine, produced with 48-hour cryomaceration and vinification in steel and barrique. It has a mineral and Mediterranean aromatic profile, rich in aromatic herbs, balsamic vinegar and yellow fruit. On the palate it is enveloping and velvety, with a marked freshness and flavor

The red wine "Auxo" Colli di Luni Rosso is a label signed by Lunae Bosoni and made in the territories of Ortonovo (SP). A Colli di Luni DOC that encompasses all the most inherent aspects of local enology, managing to bring to the table a delicacy with a robust and harmonious character. The ideal companion to accompany first courses with meat sauce and roast game.

Albarola is a white wine of great freshness and pleasantness from 100% Albarola Colli di Luni grapes. Straw yellow in color, the nose has notes of wild flowers, Mediterranean scrub and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with excellent flavor and persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood dishes, fried foods and fish carpaccio. Alcohol 13%. Serving temperature 8/10° C.

It was born in the Colli di Luni in La Spezia and its name is among the most evocative: Stregato dalla Luna, from Cantine Lunae, is a sparkling white wine made from Greco, Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes. The harvest takes place in the first half of September. It ferments in white steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while it ages in steel tanks until the first half of February. Like a wine inspired by the moon, its color is straw yellow, while the nose is fine, delicate and continuous. There are clearly hints of green apple and acacia flowers. On the palate it offers pleasant slightly fruity notes with a dry and fresh taste. Ideal as an aperitif wine, it goes well with fresh dishes such as seafood salads, steamed shellfish and grilled vegetables. The perfect companion for your summer evenings.

Vermentino Nero by Lunae Bosoni is a rare and limited edition that comes from a vineyard cultivated in the lower Lunigiana area of Tuscany. After aging in wood, this red wine exudes aromas of roses, juicy berries and light nuances of Mediterranean herbs and sweet spices. The sip is striking for its personality and for its fresh, dynamic and agile texture which closes with an almond finish

Precious and refined wine of the Lunae house, enological excellence of the Liguria region and an internationally known company that stands out for its respect for the territorial characteristics and for the excellent quality of the products. The red wine Niccolò V Riserva DOC boasts the Colli di Luni certification. It is produced with a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and black Pollera grapes that intersect at 33% each. The vineyards are all grown on the hills of the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia. The type of land on which they stand is pebbly and rich in skeleton. The training system is the typical Guyot one. The harvest starts between the middle and the end of September and must be completed by the first half of October. The vinification involves the permanence of the must in stainless steel tanks and a permanence of the must on the skins for 15 days. After racking, the refinement takes place in barrique barrels for 14 or 18 months, followed by a further 6 months in bottle before being marketed. .

From a long tradition of wine production comes the Niccolò V Rosso DOC of Cantina Lunae Bosoni, a company that has been carrying on its business in the Lunigiana area for 5 generations. The Sangiovese, Merlot and the autochthonous Pollera Nera vines that make up the mix for the production of the Niccolò V Rosso DOC wine are grown on pebbly soils with the Guyot system and after the harvest the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature, macerating on the skins for 12 days ; the refinement takes place for 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by a further 6 months of refinement directly in the bottle. After this period, the wine can be enjoyed immediately, but it can rest in the cellar for up to 5 years to improve. Ruby red wine with violet hues, the Niccolò V Rosso DOC has an enveloping sip and a pleasantly dry finish, which embodies the character of the territory and best represents the local winemaking tradition.

The Labianca Liguria di Levante Bianco IGT is a wine produced at the Lunae cellar in Colombiera-Molicciara. Located on the border with Tuscany, the company bases its philosophy on the tradition and enhancement of the territory. The grapes come from the Vermentino vines for 80% and Malvasia for the remaining part. The plants are grown in the hills on soils rich in pebbles and skeleton and are favored by sea and mountain breezes, optimal conditions for production. Respect for the territory is fundamental for the company, therefore, all the processes are carried out with minimum interventions. The training system adopted is Guyot. Following the manual harvest and the selection of the best bunches, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Aging always takes place in steel tanks in contact with the fine lees for 4 months, after which it is bottled and placed on the market. The Labianca Liguria di Levante Bianco IGT is a delicate and fresh wine, ideal for ready tasting.

The Vermentino "Black Label" by Lunae Bosoni is a soft and Mediterranean white wine, with a pleasant, generous and immediate drink. The Spumante Rosè Brut '1.R' by Lunae Bosoni is a sparkling wine obtained with the long charmat method, based on Vermentino Nero and Ciliegiolo grapes from Lunigiana, on the Ligurian border with Tuscany. It has a light and bright cherry pink color to the eye and expresses notes of fresh flowers, small berries and mixed citrus peel to the nose. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant citrus aromatic finish and excellent flavor, slightly mineral.

The Spumante 1.Brut Lunae Bosoni is a Ligurian wine obtained by sparkling wine using the Charmat method, from Albarola, Greco and Malvasia grapes from Lunigiana. It has a delicate straw color and expresses floral aromas of wisteria and hawthorn, enriched by hints of ripe Golden apple, while the sip is informal and refreshing, harmonious, lively
