In the glass it has a straw yellow color, with some slight reflections tending to gold and greenish. The perlage is subtle and persistent. The aromas on the nose tell of fruity and citrus hints, which blend well with notes of lily of the valley, hawthorn and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is balanced, soft, extremely drinkable. It is endowed with a great gastronomic versatility, which makes it perfect also for an aperitif. Throughout the meal it finds its consecration with dishes based on fish, molluscs and crustaceans, as well as in fried vegetables. Absolutely to try with crepes with ricotta and spinach.

2020 vintage

It is clear with a cherry color that refers to the ruby of the Montepulciano dAbruzzo grape from which it is? born. The nose is intense with a rich basket of small red fruits, mainly ripe sour cherries, in harmony with small petals of red gold. It closes the nose with a slight spiciness of sweet spices. In the mouth it enters dry, decisive, austere, in the center of the mouth the freshness and richness of mineral salts explodes in particular. Intense and persistent through the nose.

Young version of the historic Testarossa line, this lively rosé in color and aromas expresses itself at its best in the Capodacqua area (AQ).
