"Evaluna" is a red wine made from Cabernet grapes produced by the Sansonina winery, the Garda di Zenato estate. Amarone Classico is an excellence of the Zenato winery, the vines are found in the municipality of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, and the grapes, once harvested, are left to dry for at least 4 months. The pressing and fermentation begin in January and the wine is aged for 36 months in French oak barrels. The wine is then refined in the bottle. This wine ideal for aging.
