Rosé wine Cantina Cerretano. Color: cherry pink with red onion reflections. Bouquet: small red fruits, such as blueberry and raspberry and fine floral notes of rose. Taste: on the palate it is pleasantly soft, well balanced and very fresh.

Excellent as a still aperitif. Ideal with refined appetizers, fish dishes and with eggs. This wine is suitable for young consumption, preferably within the year following that of production in order to appreciate all its best organoleptic characteristics.

It is the most famous white grape variety in Abruzzo and a choice, that of Cantina Tollo , to give it a version from 100% organic grapes, grown in the vineyards located on the hills of the province of Chieti. The Trebbiano harvest is carried out starting from the second half of September followed by crushing and destemming and a cold maceration, to extract as much as possible the aromatic components of the vine, known for not being among the most fragrant.
