Aglianico is the vine which, together with Fiano, represents the peasant culture of the Campania region. This vine has always been cultivated by the ancestors to make a wine which, left to mature in chestnut barrels for 12 months, was then sold in bulk to local merchants. Today, the company begins harvesting the grapes from the beginning of November and, after pressing, the must ferments in contact with the skins for about 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and 6 months in the bottle. From Pecorino grapes from vineyards in the highest altitude areas and carefully selected grapes. Straw yellow in colour, it combines appreciable fruity notes of peach, grapefruit and white flowers, with a fresh flavor and excellent sapidity. The time spent in the bottle gives it mineral notes.
Cerasuolo d' Abruzzo Terre Valse Frentana 2019. Rosé wine produced in Abruzzo with fruity and floral aromas, in particular notes of red fruits are highlighted.
The wine has an intense yellow color with golden reflections. The nose reveals hints of vanilla and a pleasant note of fruit and ripe yellow pulp.

Villamagna DOC Riserva is a powerful red wine, the best expression of Villamagna viticulture. After the careful and selected manual harvesting and the vinification phases, it rests in steel barrels for 12 months. It is aged in barriques for a further 8 months, then bottled and left to rest for two years before being marketed. The power of this wine is unleashed in the bottle, in the ruby red color tending to garnet with aging, in the imposing structure, in the aromas of red fruit and in the spicy notes. Soft in the finish with notes of vanilla and chocolate.
Villamagna DOC is the result of the project to enhance our wine area. It comes from a late harvest with manual harvesting of the selected grapes. Ruby red in color with purple reflections, the nose expresses intense aromas of red fruit, especially black cherry. In the mouth it fills the palate with its soft and velvety taste. Balanced and harmonious, it is a wine that goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, main courses of meats, salami, aged cheeses.
Prima Terra is a wine obtained from Montepulciano grapes grown in an ancient vineyard of the Masci family, the former, as anticipated by its name. Aged first in large wooden barrels, it then rests in the bottle for at least a year. It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose it expresses strong jam aromas and on the palate a pleasant softness obtained from a delicate aging.
Calvarino 5 is the first wine of the "Vini dell'Anima" collection. Born from a project by Leonildo Pieropan and his sons Dario and Andrea, it is a blend of five vintages of Calvarino (2008-2009-2010-2011-2012) aged for at least 10 years in concrete in the cellar. From Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes, Calvarino 5 is the authentic expression of these vines, from volcanic soil. Savory and vertical, it opens into a range of aromatic herbs and flowers in the long run. Composed, elegant and persistent, with a dry taste, long on the finish. A Mediterranean wine in the soul and of great longevity. A unique and unrepeatable wine, produced in a limited edition.

The La Rocca vineyard is located on the hill of Mount Rocchetta, close to the medieval Scaliger castle of Soave. La Rocca enjoys a particular microclimate, which makes it possible to obtain a wine with a unique and unreproducible bouquet and gustatory notes, typical of a pedigree wine. Innovative, since its debut in 1978, it has marked a deep groove in the territory, becoming an undisputed symbol of quality and tradition.
Grapes harvested manually, placed in the cell until a temperature close to 10°C is reached, then pressed. Fermentation carried out at low temperatures using selected yeasts

RossoMandorla is the last born among the Martinez flavored products, the result of the union of two typical Sicilian flavours: Nero D'Avola wine and almonds. This combination gives life to a sweet dessert wine, with a deep red color typical of the vine of which it is a child, intense and persistent on the nose and in the mouth. In RossoMandorla the characteristic notes of Nero D'Avola wine, which are best expressed thanks to a long maceration process, are sweetened with the intense flavor of the aroma of bitter almonds. The processing is then completed with a small addition of alcohol.
Dedicated to grandmother Tanina, mother of 5 children, a generous and sweet woman but at the same time authoritative and decisive as Marsala La Madre presents itself: warm and enveloping in its amber colour, disruptive on the nose, sweet but never cloying in the mouth. In the Concia which is the phase in the production process in which the type of Marsala to be obtained is defined, the Mistella was added to the DOC base wine from Grillo grapes which gives it sweetness, cooked must and alcohol to then start the aging in oak barrels.
The Marsala Superiore Dolce bears the name of the Garibaldi because it is told both the type and the same preferred when he landed in Marsala to make the unification of Italy. With a residual sugar of 11%, it is the sweetest of the Marsala Martinez and probably for this reason it is the most loved by the female public. Menhir is a liqueur sweet wine, with a small addition of alcohol, son of the island of Pantelleria. It is obtained from the Zibibbo variety which contains everything this splendid island contains: sun, volcanic earth, warm African winds. The grapes, after being dried in the sun, are left to macerate in the must during the entire fermentation which is blocked with a small addition of alcohol.
Jemara is a natural passito, with no added alcohol, son of the island of Pantelleria, where the entire production process is developed up to bottling, as required by the Production Regulations. The LAUS range contains three elite sweet liqueur wines, with persistent and intoxicating aromas, the result of a long production tradition that has always been oriented towards enhancing the flavors and aromas of the grapes left to ripen in the very hot Sicilian sun.
Vinification: obtained from 70% red berried grapes and 50% syrah grapes, conferred by local winemakers; vinified with Provençal technique without pressing; transfer of the must to steel tanks where it is kept in stirring for about 7 days at a temperature of 5°C before the start of fermentation at a controlled temperature (16°). Maturation and refinement: subjected to refinement in steel and further storage in the bottle for a couple of months. Organoleptic characteristics: light pink color with a persistent and fruity aroma. The palate is soft, refreshing and grade ole. Longevity in the bottle: 2 or more years, properly stored. Serving temperature: 10-12°C Suggested pairings: it goes well with light fish-based dishes and is ideal when paired with young cheeses.
This wine is born on the most suitable hills overlooking the Costa dei Trabocchi, from vineyards selected as part of the "Vigneto Qualità" project. A mature and structured Panarda that evolves after aging in fine oak barriques for about 18 months. The Complice Grillo from the Vinanti Ragusa winery is a DOC Sicilia made from one of the grape varieties with the greatest interpretative declination. Born in Chiaramonte Gulfi from warm and calcareous soils, the Vinanti white wine goes perfectly with cheeses, seafood and baked fish.
Syrah Capofeto Sibiliana is a red wine with a complex and full-bodied taste that recalls the well-defined personality of the vineyards of Marsala (TP). Conte Vistarino's Saint Valier was born in vineyards located on the Rocca de' Giorgi estate, in the province of Pavia. The name of the wine derives from the company toponym which has its roots in the original clone of Saint Vallier, in Provence. It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, selected and harvested only by hand in 20kg boxes. First of all, the grapes remain for one night in a cold room at 10°C. The white vinification takes place in the morning. The grapes are pressed to obtain the must, which is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature, where it remains on the fine lees for approx. 4 months, until bottling. It has a golden yellow colour. The nose opens with a rich and enveloping bouquet, characterized by notes of golden apple, peach and apricot. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with a pleasant persistence. This white wine is very versatile in pairings and goes well with white meats and tasty vegetarian dishes, as well as fresh cheeses, including sheep's cheeses.
Conte Vistarino's Merlino was born in vineyards located on the Rocca de' Giorgi estate, in the province of Pavia. It is produced entirely with Pinot Grigio grapes, selected and harvested only by hand in 20kg boxes. First of all, the grapes remain for one night in a cold room at 10°C. The grapes are pressed to obtain the must, which remains in contact with the lees for 48 hours. Subsequently it is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature, where it remains for approx. 6 months, until bottling. In the glass the wine has a golden yellow colour. The nose opens with a rich and aromatic bouquet, characterized by notes of white peach, plum and apricot. On the palate it is structured, with a full and round body. This white wine is pleasant as an aperitif and also goes well with white meats, fish and rich salads.
