Pinot Noir Valdipiatta is an expression of our desire to combine the passion for this noble vine with the curiosity to touch first-hand what surprises our terroir can reserve. Two thousand vines trained with spurred cordon to which we dedicate a double harvest and a totally manual vinification. It is a wine that expresses all the craftsmanship of our work and our ever-living enthusiasm for experimentation.

Rich in aromas and soft on the palate, Rosso di Montepulciano is an everyday wine that does not require special occasions to be uncorked and appreciated. We suggest enjoying it as a pleasant aperitif or in combination with simple or medium-complex savory dishes.

The only rosé wine of the company's production, Tosca Rosé comes from only Sangiovese grapes harvested in the first phase of their final maturation. With a soft pink color, the nose reveals notes of candied apple, black cherry, melon, watermelon and rose petals. On the palate it reveals an excellent balance between freshness and flavor, with a fruity aftertaste accompanied by a crunchy acidity.

Valdipiatta grappa is produced with unpressed pomace of Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero grapes, the same used for the production of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and distilled in ancient copper barrels. Clear and pleasantly aromatic, it gives the nose and the palate all the characteristics of its original grapes, while revealing a strong personality.

The Occhio di Pernice is the most prized variety of Vin Santo di Montepulciano DOC. Its color, between amber and topaz, reveals the Sangiovese base and the long aging, 6 years, in precious barrels. The rich, intense and complex aroma enhances its splendid body making it a meditation wine or even a dessert wine on traditional Tuscan desserts or as an accompaniment to aged cheeses

Always a complement to Tuscan gastronomy, Chianti Colli Senesi is a traditional wine with intense fruit and smooth tannins. The ease of drinking makes it excellent to accompany delicate dishes as well as medium-structured preparations.

The Vigna d'Alfiero is born from Sangiovese grapes from one of our historic vineyards planted in the late 60s by the first farmer and reference figure of the Valdipiatta Estate Alfiero Carpini. Produced only in the best vintages, the Vigna d'Alfiero knows how to combine the richness, elegance and finesse of Sangiovese with the decisive character imprinted by the corporate terroir.

The first born among the Supertuscans of the Valdipiatta Estate, Trefonti is the only company wine that sees a combination of traditional grapes, Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero, with an international vine, Cabernet Sauvignon. Robust and vigorous, Trefonti goes well with structured dishes but can also be enjoyed on its own as a pleasant meditation wine.

Typical Bordeaux blend, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, the Trincerone expresses all the power, concentration and softness of the grapes that compose it. Fruity and spicy wine, it goes well with important dishes rich in flavour.

The only white wine produced by the company, Nibbiano takes its name from one of the streams that flow near the cellar. Made for about half with red grapes that are immediately pressed and vinified without peel, it is an immediate, fresh and easy to drink wine but with a strong and authentic character that makes it unique and recognizable in every vintage

The Riserva del Vino Nobile is born exclusively in exceptional years in which the grapes from our old vineyards are carefully selected and vinified separately. The longevity of this wine usually requires that the aging in wood is followed by a period of refinement in the bottle, sometimes even important, necessary to achieve a perfect balance of all its components.
