One of the latest wines created by Cantine del Notaio , Protesto is a sparkling red wine made from 100% Aglianico grapes grown in the province of Potenza, on the slopes of Vulture. After the classic versions, the rosé versions, those vinified in white, sparkling with the classic method and not, here is the Aglianico in a sparkling version, as if it were a Lambrusco. The wine is refermented in autoclave after a maceration of 5-6 days.
