Young and dynamic, Santa Maria Morellino di Scansano presents itself as a fresh, soft and fruity wine, ideal for any occasion. The origin of the grapes is geographically located in the Province of Grosseto in the heart of the Tuscany Region . The vinification foresees a maceration of the skins in the must for at least 11 days. Immediately after the malolactic fermentation is completely carried out after the alcoholic one. The refinement takes place in steel and develops for 10 consecutive months. Before being released, it rests for a further 2 months in the bottle.

Laudemio dei Marchesi Frescobaldi oil represents the maximum expression of the oil, intense and bright green, with a marked scent of cut grass and artichoke, an intense and typically spicy taste.

Chianti Riserva Nipozzano is the symbol of the Tuscan winemaking tradition for Marchesi de ' Frescobaldi . A wine that comes from a skilful blend assembled by the team of the Marchesi de ' Frescobaldi winery, where, together with 90% Sangiovese, we also find small percentages of Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes of these varieties are grown within the Chianti Rufina area, in vineyards located at a height above sea level between 250 and 500 meters, facing south-east.The terroir has an arid skeleton, composed of stones , limestone and clay. Once the grapes arrive in the cellar rooms used for vinification, they macerate for 25 days with frequent batonnage, carrying out both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Finally, the production process ends with aging, in which the wine rests for 24 months in barrique and then, after bottling, for another 3 months directly in glass.
