Flaccianello della Pieve is one of the symbolic products of Sangiovese in the Chianti area. The Flaccianello receives minimal treatments in the cellar, according to a production philosophy perfectly consistent with the line undertaken in the vineyard, characterized by a high manual selection of the best grapes: only spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts is carried out.

The whole bunches are sent to the pneumatic press and the must is fermented with its indigenous yeasts at a low temperature (12-14 ° C) in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days. The refinement takes place in steel tanks and, subsequently, in the bottle. At tasting it has a straw yellow color. Intense aroma with hints of broom, white pulp fruit, and ethereal. Fresh, intense, savory and full-bodied taste. Excellent to accompany an elaborate seafood cuisine, medium-aged cheeses, structured first courses, white meats.

Custoza San Michelin Gorgo made from Garganega grapes comes from the old San Michelin vineyard and elegantly interprets the character and qualities of Custoza wine: fresh, fruity, savory and slightly aromatic. Time allows it to evolve, expressing its full structure and mineral notes with determination.

Parchitello is a rosé wine vinified from 100% Bombino Nero, a historic vine for the production of rosé wines only. Pale ruby red colour, bouquet of red fruits reminiscent of pomegranate and yellow pulp fruits. Pleasant fresh and balanced in the mouth.

Panascio by Giancarlo Ceci is a Castel del Monte DOC organic white wine produced from the single-variety vinification of white bombino grapes. It fully expresses the typicality of the soil and the grape variety, to be drunk young.

The terracotta, in which the spontaneous fermentation and refinement of MORMAJ Anfora takes place, makes the organoleptic qualities of this wine particular and unique!

In our cellar, between the MORrone and MAJella mountains, MORMAJ is born, a still white wine obtained from Trebbiano grapes through spontaneous, unclarified fermentation, it is aged in steel tanks.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 400 meters and fall within the territory of the Gran Sasso Monti della Laga Park.

Disturbing. If we had to describe this wine in one word, we would use this adjective and no other. The red blend, based on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, is an intense amalgam of two vines that express themselves with great elegance and strength in this territory. We are at 350 meters above sea level, in a soil rich in clay and silt, ideal characteristics for the production of intense reds, with a complex organoleptic profile and great aging potential. Pa' Ro rosso immediately expresses itself in the glass with great personality: the color is an intense and impenetrable ruby red. A sense of smell that is very full of aromas and herbaceous notes is striking, the spiciness embellishes an already well-stressed nose with notes of black pepper and licorice. Scents of plum and blueberry define its fruitiness, while the balsamic note makes it vivid and powerful. At the sip it continues to seduce us for the fullness of the taste; enveloping softness and alcohol on one side, well balanced by good freshness and elegant tannins on the other. A fine wine, very intense, very long. All the cards are in order to achieve excellence. What better pairing than a sweet wild boar?

Obtained from Nero d'Avola grapes from organic farming, it has a ruby red colour. Fruity aroma with delicate hints of peanuts and almonds and a full-bodied flavor with a concentration of gentle tannins. It elegantly accompanies all types of dishes. Ideal with medium texture cheeses.

Cultivated in clay soils with spurred cordon and harvested by hand. The continuous passionate care and pressing of the whole grapes guarantee important complexity, freshness and persistence.

This Montepulciano d'Abruzzo belongs to the Bio line of Cantina Frentana and expresses all our respect for the earth and nature. A red that skilfully combines elegance, richness, softness and drinkability, resulting in a balanced and suitable accompaniment to rich and tasty first courses.
