Golden yellow in color. The nose is elegant, intense and quite complex. Fruity and oral, herbaceous. On the palate it is fresh with the right flavor. Balanced and intense. The bouquet is reminiscent of orange blossom, jasmine, yellow peach, pineapple and a hint of candied citrus and notes of dry pastic ceria. Vinification : Manual harvesting of grapes in small boxes. Cold pressing in an inert environment, static decantation of the must with controlled fermentation. Anament in terracotta amphorae for 12 months. The cococciola is a grape that allows to obtain a wine of structure and longevity. The amphora does not yield any aroma, enhances the varietals of the grapes used and allows, thanks to the porosity of the clay, a good micro-genesis.

Message in a Bottle Bianco now joins our portfolio of acclaimed wines. A blend of Vermentino (84%), Sauvignon (14%) and small Trebbiano is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish and vegetable dishes. With an alcohol content of 12.5% it is aged for 5 months.

One of the latest wines created by Cantine del Notaio , Protesto is a sparkling red wine made from 100% Aglianico grapes grown in the province of Potenza, on the slopes of Vulture. After the classic versions, the rosé versions, those vinified in white, sparkling with the classic method and not, here is the Aglianico in a sparkling version, as if it were a Lambrusco. The wine is refermented in autoclave after a maceration of 5-6 days.

One of the many variations of Aglianico in the Vulture has always been sparkling wine. The autoclave technique enhances the caressing olfactory notes of Aglianico and of the vines that complete the assembly by exhibiting valuable fruity notes of white peach, yellow melon, sage and white flowers.

Cuprese is an organic wine that represents the true symbol of the Colonnara winery, perfectly embodying the character of the Verdicchio grape. It shows a straw yellow with greenish reflections, tending to golden with aging. On the nose initially fruity and floral hints stand out that leave room for complex notes of flint. On the palate it is full-bodied and balanced.

At the sight it is of an opalescent straw yellow, the nose is very intense, typically aromatic and with a strong balsamic scent and a vegetal note. The taste is dry, fresh and savory.

The wine “Fonte Raviliano bianco” is a Trebbiano, certainly one of the most important wines produced by the De Angelis Corvi company. The De Angelis Corvi company is located in one of the most beautiful wine-growing areas of the province of Teramo and the Abruzzo region in general. The “Fonte Raviliano bianco” wine by De Angelis Corvi as Trebbiano is characterized by its characteristic and original organoleptic profile at the same time. The wine “Fonte Raviliano bianco” by De Angelis Corvi is a white, still and dry wine, vinified from grapes in the context of the typologies foreseen by the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC denomination. The De Angelis Corvi company was included in the Quattrocalici Wine Guide because it is one of the most important wine-growing companies in the province of Teramo. The area in which the De Angelis Corvi company is located is historically suited to viticulture. In particular, the numerous awards obtained by agricultural companies in the province of Teramo have further stimulated producers to invest in the area to make the best use of its production potential, to constantly improve quality and tackle new markets. The wines of the De Angelis Corvi company and in particular the Trebbiano “Fonte Raviliano bianco”, are characterized by the right sugar and alcohol content and good fixed acidity, which contributes to enhancing their aromas and maintaining them over time. The winery produces approximately 6500 bottles of the "Fonte Raviliano bianco" wine, testifying to the importance that this wine has in the context of the company's production.

Excellent freshness, subtle minerality and intense fruity notes for an Abruzzo white of ancient origins which, like Pecorino, owes its fortune to the recent rediscovery.

Our first Rose, Beppe Rosato is a blend of Sangiovese and other red grapes of the Tuscan tradition. It is a peony pink color, fresh scent with notes of pineapple and peach. Fresh bouquet on the palate, savory with good persistence.

In Pantelleria, a volcanic island located between Sicily and Africa, Stefano and Simona boasts 2 hectares of vineyards and produce only 2000 bottles a year. The vine is the zibibbo, prince among the aromatic varieties, the vines are grown on a very low bush, modeled by the wind, on small terraces bordered by dry lava stone walls.

The name of the wine is a mix of two words: “Negroamaro” - the word “Amaro” - and “Rosè”. With a light pink color, given by the 24 hours of cold maceration of the skins, it has an extremely interesting organoleptic profile: aromas of red fruit, especially cherry and pomegranate, and fruity notes. It goes perfectly with fish dishes, especially grilled fish.

A passito that contains the essence of Verdicchio, what is most holy in the saint: for this reason the derivation of the name from the expression Santa Sanctorum. The Passito Wine is the result of the processing of dried grapes in the vineyard, which retain only the pure soul of the Verdicchio grape, and which then ferment slowly in small oak barrels.

This wine comes from a careful selection of the best grapes from the vineyard of the Vigna Vecchia Groppone family, located in the municipality of Diano d'Alba.

It impresses with its vivid and bright color. The nose is expressed on notes of cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry and undergrowth. Intense aromas far from the normal and conventional Cerasuolo. In the mouth it is expressive and satisfying with a taste all played on the fruit. Alcoholic content: 13% vol.

The hand-picked grapes from the Pianella and / or Loreto Aprutino vineyards are placed in small boxes and transported to the cellar. The crushing and pressing is carried out with the aid of a small crusher-destemmer and an ancient press. The must obtained is transferred partly in terracotta amphorae and partly in used French oak tonneaux. To start the fermentation, the “pied de cuve” of indigenous yeasts previously obtained from the same grapes is added. Fermentation normally takes place in 7/10 days and the wine obtained is decanted and aged on its noble lees in 15hl Slavonian oak barrels and in terracotta amphorae. The refinement lasts about 2 years, after which the wine is decanted and bottled without filtration.

A high altitude Pecorino, born between the Alto Sangro and the Cinque Miglia plateau from the meeting with the three-starred chef Niko Romito. Limited edition for a collector's wine.

A wine of excellence, made from organic Pecorino DOCG Tullum grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, only natural sulphites.

Bright straw yellow color, brilliant and transparent. The nose immediately perceives tropical hints and exotic fruits. On the palate it is fresh and clean, harmonious and seductive.

SurSur 2022, with a bright straw yellow colour, offers the nose a fresh bouquet with captivating notes of white pulp fruit (peaches and cantaloupe melon) combined with hints of wild flowers and mint. In the mouth it is soft, with a return of fruity notes combined with a pleasant freshness.
