Terre, a classic Bordeaux blend, follows in the footsteps of the "older brother" San Leonardo , born from the same terroire, expresses great freshness and balance.
It comes from particularly suitable areas of the Terre dei Vestini, where the low yields of grapes per hectare are not the result of any forcing: it is the soil itself that, by its nature, gives balance to the vineyard, ensuring that each cluster contains within itself a extraordinary concentration of quality. It is aged for 40 months: initially with fermentation and long maceration in Ganymede, then in stainless steel vats and subsequently in fine oak barriques to be completed with a stay in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Young version of the historic Testarossa line, the passerina finds its highest expression in the territory of Capodacqua (AQ). Its freshness ranges from herbaceous to mineral, with characteristics of great finesse and elegance.
In the sunny Piana Rotaliana, along the banks of the Noce, fertile soils and favorable microclimates give rise to refined and fragrant grapes, from which Terre del Noce is born. Produced only with grapes from its own vineyards along the Adige Valley.
The Bianco de “i Calanchi” is a complex wine, to which we have managed over time to give its own personality and a right balance thanks to the use of four very different grapes: Trebbiano gives it body; the Chardonnay rounds it up; the Cococciola gives it the right acidity and the Malvasia gives it the sweetness point.
The Cepparello di Isole e Olena is a pure blood Sangiovese , a true point of reference in the whole Chianti Classico area. A wine that always manages to agree with the critics who, practically at every harvest, rewards it with top marks. A great wine capable of expressing pleasure even in youth but of giving its best after 6-7 years from the harvest.
A great red with a rich and intense bouquet reminiscent of morello cherries and dried fruit, the flagship product of one of the best wineries in Sardinia
Intense purple red wine with violet reflections. Aromas of violet, morello cherry, wild berries, raisins, chocolate and tobacco. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, enveloping and dry.
The Chianti Classico of Isole e Olena is a famous and traditional expression of Tuscany, aged for 12 months in barrels and barriques. The bouquet is fruity and floral, with notes of violets, roses and cherries. On the palate it is fresh, energetic and dynamic, with dense and balanced tannins
Amber yellow, with good consistency. The nose is expressed with intense and rare enveloping aromas with notes of hazelnut, almond and walnut husk, enriched by hints of wildflower honey and candied orange peel. On the palate it is soft, elegant and velvety with a clean finish of dried fruit.
Ideal to accompany dry pastries and chestnuts but also aged cheeses. Try it as a meditation wine.
The Cataldino is a Montepulciano vinified entirely in white, in complete absence of skins and fermented with indigenous yeasts. This wine is the result of the draining and the first pressing (0.2 Bar). The result is a powder pink color. Of great gastronomic versatility. The company is fighting to be able to use the name "rosa" instead of "rosato".
Baccherina is the grappa that Cantina Santadi obtains from the fresh pomace of the Carignano grapes used for the production of the precious Terre Brune wine. With a transparent and crystalline appearance, it is a fine and velvety distillate, both on the nose and on the palate. Enthusiasts can choose whether to taste it at room temperature or a little cooler, at about ten degrees.
