The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Doc of Nic Tartaglia 's company is produced with 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes. The training system adopted is the typical Abruzzo pergola. The vineyard is about 21 years old and is located 300 meters above sea level in a particularly windy position. After manual harvesting towards the end of September, the grapes are softly pressed and static clarified. Refine a few months in steel. A fresh, intense, quite soft and harmonious wine. Our vineyards are developed in a particularly suitable area, mainly hilly on an area of over 500 hectares. The production vines are mainly indigenous and are: Montepulciano, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Pecorino, Cococciola and Passerina.
