' the title of a great little work by Cesare Pavese, noble son and unforgettable intellect of our land. The only wine produced that does not follow the “Metodo Classico” line. Born from the need to produce a Pino Nero vinified in red that could then be assembled for the production of the Rosé Classic Method. A small part of it is bottled so as to allow you to discover, from another perspective, the sensory and gustatory soul of our lands.

24-carat white: Gold is pure 24-karat, as is our wine.
The best selection of our territorial white berried grapes. From the most suitable vineyards, respecting nature and practicing a viticulture that respects the territory.

The first harvest of Tenuta Antonini was that of 2020. A very young winery, which however can already approach the Italian viticulture sector as a protagonist, thanks to a link with the territory and with the world of wine spanning four generations. Alessio and his father Marco have in fact fulfilled the dream of Simplicio Antonini, who left in search of fortune towards the shores of the United States after World War I and returned to invest all that he had laboriously earned in the creation of a family agricultural business. P121 is the wine that more than the others tells the bond we have with the territory; the most identifying of all our production. We wanted to emphasize this relationship with a label that shows the urban plan of the Ancaranese hills, where our cellar and our vineyards are located. It is a wine that promises adventures, travels, suggestions of freedom, light-heartedness and the desire to enjoy life. P121 is an emotion to drink.
The second novelty that we had announced is the introduction of Susumaniello in the Cantalupi family! Susumaniello is a vine that is part of the enological history of Salento and which in recent years has been at the center of a rediscovery and revaluation in which we join to offer our interpretation of this versatile and very interesting grape.
"intriguing, passionate, mysterious" I sought out the most particular corners of my vineyards for the most demanding, cold and breezy product
“youthful, impetuous, captivating” flag of the native. Expression of the red earth of the Carso and its harsh and strong character
"salty, spicy, fragrant" my Malvasia is the only variety with which I was able to capture the taste of the sea and iodine
I wanted to conceive Chardonnay because I knew that with this limestone, our draining soils and the sudden changes in temperature due to the Bora I could create an inimitable wine
our elders positioned the rows of Vitovska in the first row to the north-east because with their resistance they were the protectors of all the other varieties against the Bora
The "KK" made by the Kante winery is a Classic Method which is characterized by the Zero Dosage, i.e. by the non-addition of any dosing liquor in the final stages of production. It is a versatile bubble, which gives emotions both during the aperitif and throughout the meal.
A local rosé, unique because it exploits the magic of our lake, adding charm and depth to a fresh, fragrant and sensual appearance. It inflames those who love aperitifs at sunset and satisfies the most demanding palates, opening up a world of gastronomic opportunities with which to taste it.
