È un prodotto d’annata che fa prevalere i sentori di fiori; al palato risulta armonico dal retrogusto equilibrato, con una bollicina molto sottile e persistente dovuta allo stazionamento lungo nei lieviti.

Vino ottenuto dalla macerazione leggera del nostro Pinot Nero (100%) per ottenere questo bellissimo colore rosa. Riposa 18 mesi in cantina dopo la seconda fermentazione. Il vino ottenuto è delicato, setoso e con aromi di frutti rossi. Da consumare come aperitivo, accompagnato da frutti di mare o pesce.

Lo Spumante Rosé Foss Marai Roos Brut è uno spumante rosato, caldo e vivace al tempo stesso ha profumi predominanti di frutti di bosco e corniolo. Ottimo come aperitivo, eccellente per accompagnare primi piatti, pesce e formaggi dal sapore intenso.

Marai De Marai nasce dall’uvaggio di uve autoctone delle colline Trevigiane. Ottenuto dopo anni di recupero dei vitigni e di sperimentazione in campo viticolo da Foss Marai: MARAI DE MARAI Extra Dry risulta essere molto fruttato, leggero, non impegnativo, di facile bere.

Luminoso giallo paglierino e perlage di notevole persistenza. Sensazioni di mela sostenute da toni di biscotto e cedro. Nelle note di frutta matura si riconoscono piacevoli sentori di crosta di pane conferiti dagli oltre tre anni sui lieviti. Impianto gustativo fresco e vitale, impreziosito dalla morbidezza vellutata delle bollicine. Alle note fruttate tipiche dello Chardonnay si accostano fragranze di lievito.

Il Franciacorta Satén di Contadi Castaldi è uno spumante millesimato armonico e affascinante, affinato per almeno 30 mesi sui lieviti. Profumi di crosta di pane, mela ed erbe balsamiche emergono all'olfatto. Il gusto è trascinante, fresco e ben equilibrato, di grande piacevolezza

Ha un bel colore rosa corallo, molto luminoso, con un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso si avvertono chiare note di frutti di bosco, di petali di rosa fresca, sfumature di mela e di frutta tropicale.

Questo Franciacorta Brut è caratterizzato da un colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli. Al naso si apre con freschi sentori di fiori di tiglio, arricchiti da piacevoli sfumature di agrumi, pesche e pepe verde. Al palato risulta fresco, con un finale lungo e persistente. Perfetto per accompagnare primi piatti, è ideale in abbinamento a piatti a base di pesce ed affettati.

Il Franciacorta Satèn Vintage Collection di Ca' del Bosco nasce in vigneti situati tra i verdi paesaggi e le dolci colline di Erbusco, nel cuore del magico terroir della Franciacorta, la culla morenica a Sud del lago d'Iseo. E' prodotto al 85% con uve Chardonnay, al 15% con uve Pinot Bianco, raccolte unicamente a mano durante la prima e seconda decade di Agosto. La fermentazione avviene secondo il metodo classico con rifermentazione in bottiglia. Successivamente il vino affina sui lieviti per 48-52 mesi. Il Satèn Vintage Collection è caratterizzato da un colore giallo paglierino. Al naso si apre con profumi di pesca ed agrumi, arricchiti da piacaevoli sentori di miele. Al palato risulta elegante, piacevolmente fresco e sapido, con una delicata effervescenza. Perfetto per accompagnare antipasti, affettati e salumi, è ideale in abbinamento a piatti a base di pesce e crostacei.

Come le armoniche note di una complessa partitura d'orchestra, ogni fase della produzione deve essere eseguita seguendo i tempi e le cadenze che la perfezione richiede. Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro non ha alcuna aggiunta di liqueur d'expédition (sciroppo di dosaggio aggiunto in minima quantità negli altri Franciacorta durante la fase di dégorgement). Un Franciacorta puro, sincero, frutto della migliore espressione di uno straordinario terroir e dell'uomo che ne ha intuito il carattere e le potenzialità. The history of the Volcano is dotted with eruptions that have shaped its shape. Legendary that of 1614, which lasted 10 years, the longest in historical times: the vines that produce this wine grow right above this flow. A small parcel hosts the Pinot Noir which has been grown in the area for centuries, albeit marginally. The result is an absolutely original version of the noble variety.

The Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico Dorilli represents for us the quintessence of this noble wine. It comes from a careful selection of the vineyards that surround the beautiful and unique Dorilli estate, named after the nearby river Dirillo, the landing place of the brave Aeneas. A fine and elegant expression, the result of the union of the noble Nero d'Avola with the Frappato di Vittoria, the Iblean grape variety par excellence, slightly marked by the aging in wood. A limited production for those who love small Italian denominations, history and testimony of our land.

A truly unique microclimate, which gives the wines aromatic intensity, lively acidity and marked elegance, as well as incredible longevity.
