Giulia Negri 's Barbera D'Alba is a modern interpretation of Barbera, thanks to the mineral-rich soils of the La Morra cru. The grapes are harvested in small boxes and rigorously by hand. The grapes are pressed and left to ferment spontaneously in steel vats, then the wine ages for about 16 months partly in steel and in French oak tonneaux. On the nose the small red fruits and leather are the most present scents, in the mouth the sip is frank and dry.

Ormanni's Chianti is presented in the glass bright and crystalline ruby. The nose smells of Tuscany in summer: strawberries, rosemary, burnt earth, strawberry tree, mint. On the palate it relaxes with lots of tasty freshness, integrated tannin and a slightly bitter herbal finish. Very good with Tuscan bread and raw sausage.

Vino di colore rosso rubino intenso, dalla presenza di un di bouquet ricco e complesso. Al palato si presenta di grande struttura, equilibrato, fine e persistente. Indice di "souplesse" molto elevato. Si abbina perfettamente con cinghiale in umido, selvaggina da pelo, carni rosse speziate e pecorino sardo stagionato. Si consiglia di servire alla temperatura 18 °C.

Montepulciano d Abruzzo Villa Medoro presents itself to the eye with a ruby red color with orange reflections, from the glass it releases a wide range of aromas, from wild black cherry to floral nuances of dried violet, aromatic herbs, locust beans and chocolate. In the mouth it glides powerful and warm, rightly tannic, with a pleasantly almondy finish.

The wine has a medium intense straw colour. The nose reveals pleasant notes of citrus, honey and yellow peach and sometimes a characteristic hint of "beer". The taste is presented as a wine with body and structure, balanced by a good acidity that refreshes the palate.

Vinification: obtained from 70% red berried grapes and 50% syrah grapes, conferred by local winemakers; vinified with Provençal technique without pressing; transfer of the must to steel tanks where it is kept in stirring for about 7 days at a temperature of 5°C before the start of fermentation at a controlled temperature (16°). Maturation and refinement: subjected to refinement in steel and further storage in the bottle for a couple of months. Organoleptic characteristics: light pink color with a persistent and fruity aroma. The palate is soft, refreshing and grade ole. Longevity in the bottle: 2 or more years, properly stored. Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Terre di Venere Frentana comes from grapes of the vine of the same name. After crushing-destemming and soft pressing, a static cleaning is performed on the free-run must, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature conducted by selected native yeasts.

The name "Nerie" is linked to the name of a valiant Etruscan leader. In the archaeological excavations carried out in Villalfonsina in 1914, many artifacts were found that highlight the presence in the 6th-5th century BC of trade with the Etruscan area. Among others, bronze statuettes depicting a knight on horseback and a red impasto olla bearing the silhouette of the same knight and the inscription “ne” (probable abbreviation of the individual name Nerie). The label of our “Nerie” is inspired by a bronze disc with the aforementioned rider on horseback in relief. The wine shows a deep straw yellow color with golden hues and greenish reflections. Floral, aromatic, very pleasant on the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, persistent and with excellent freshness due to the consistent acid structure of the grape.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colle Secco Rubino by Cantina Tollo is presented after 24 months in oak barrels in the glass in a dark ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, accompanied by a delicate spicy aroma and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and well structured with an almost cherry fruit and a fine and harmonious woody note in the finish. A wine that is suitable for dishes that are not too strong, pasta, grilled meats and cheeses that are not seasoned for too long. 2020 vintage

Ripe grapes harvested in their full aromatic and extractive vigor from ancient vines that for over 30 years have produced fruits of extraordinary sweetness and aromatic intensity. Violet and dense allocchio, fruity and pulpy on the nose, it offers clear sensations of red flowers, blackberries and hints of sweet spices. The soft tannins of this Montepulciano dAbruzzo pleasantly caress the palate, giving back sensations of roundness and satisfaction and well balanced by the acid component. Ripe pulp extracts satisfy the sip, losing their softness and yielding to sweetness, fullness and elegance.

Montefalco Grechetto doc is a dry wine that presents a range of lively aromas on the nose as well as in the mouth. Sweet fruit, white and yellow flowers and a good acidic freshness keep it alive and persistent. A native white grape of Umbria, in Scacciadiavoli it is vinified in purity. It accompanies hot summer days served at the right temperature and goes well with first courses or light main courses all year round. Wine to drink young. The presence of deposits in the bottom of the bottle is natural.

The rediscovery

Dopo una rigorosa selezione dei grappoli ed una leggera pigiatura, la fermentazione del mosto avviene, in tini di rovere naturale da 32hl. In seguito al tiraggio in primavera, trascorre un periodo di oltre 72 mesi sui lieviti e dopo la sboccatura trascorrono almeno 6 mesi prima della messa in commercio.

Luminoso giallo paglierino e perlage di notevole persistenza. Sensazioni di mela sostenute da toni di biscotto e cedro. Nelle note di frutta matura si riconoscono piacevoli sentori di crosta di pane conferiti dagli oltre tre anni sui lieviti. Impianto gustativo fresco e vitale, impreziosito dalla morbidezza vellutata delle bollicine. Alle note fruttate tipiche dello Chardonnay si accostano fragranze di lievito.

Il Franciacorta Satén di Contadi Castaldi è uno spumante millesimato armonico e affascinante, affinato per almeno 30 mesi sui lieviti. Profumi di crosta di pane, mela ed erbe balsamiche emergono all'olfatto. Il gusto è trascinante, fresco e ben equilibrato, di grande piacevolezza

Ha un bel colore rosa corallo, molto luminoso, con un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso si avvertono chiare note di frutti di bosco, di petali di rosa fresca, sfumature di mela e di frutta tropicale.
