Il Pinot Nero è uno dei vitigni coltivati più antichi. È un vitigno che richiede molta cura e rappresenta una vera sfida in vigna ed in cantina. Il Pinot Nero Riserva matura per un minimo di due anni in cantina. Il risultato è un vino elegante, che non teme il confronto con il panorama internazionale.
A partire dagli anni ‘80, questo vitigno dagli aromi intensi e marcati, è stato introdotto in modo esteso nell’Oltradige. I terreni pietrosi e calcarei ed il vento fresco di caduta, Fallwind, favoriscono la crescita di un Sauvignon vivace ed espressivo. Freschezza e delicata mineralità fanno del Sauvignon Fallwind un bianco di stile.

Da più di 30 anni il Sauvignon Sanct Valentin beneficia di singole e selezionate parcelle poste sui pendii ai piedi della Mendola, per generare un vino di altissimo profilo.
