Forcole Tenuta Degli Dei, pure Sangiovese, is born on a three-hectare vineyard located a few kilometers from the central body of the company's vineyards and facing south. After vinification, it matured 10 months in 2nd and 3rd passage tonneaux and the last 4 months was aged in non-vitrified concrete tanks. The result is a hymn to the best tradition of the denomination, including pleasure and fruit.
The grapes come from the youngest plots, located on textured land franca, rich in skeleton and marl, selected and harvested by hand in boxes. The fermentation then takes place in steel vats during which they are frequent pumping over, checks and tastings were carried out. After about 3 weeks the wine it is separated from the skins and begins its refinement in tonneaux and steel where matures for approximately 12 months. Then follows another period of refinement in steel where the wine completes its course before bottling.

The vineyard covers 4.5 hectares, is exposed to east/south-east, with a subsoil rich in clay, limestone and microelements and enjoys an excellent temperature range between day and night.
