We are at Morra, Serradenari, on soils from the Messinian period with a sandy loam texture with a strong presence of calcareous marl. At about 480m with a south-west exposure, the pure Nebbiolo grapes are vinified with spontaneous fermentation in truncated cone-shaped vats, macerating for about 40 days. The wine then ages for 30 months in 25-hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels.
Giulia Negri 's Barolo "La Tartufaia" is the producer's personal vision of the "La Morra" area who skilfully transforms the Nebbiolo grapes into an important and elegant red wine, with a deep and fine taste. On the nose the aromas are of red fruit, berries with notes of tobacco and licorice. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping with silky tannins and earthy and bloody sensations that close the sip.

Moscato Rosa is a particularly vigorous variety which transforms into a production of about twenty quintals of grapes per hectare. The vigor of the plant causes floral abortion during flowering, sweet millerandage and bunch spinning with a drastic reduction in grape production. This result is further reduced according to the drying of the grapes on the plant, aimed at obtaining a higher sugar concentration.
The “Brecciarolo” Rosso Piceno Superiore is made by the Velenosi winery starting from 70% Montepulciano to which is added 30% Sangiovese. The vines of these two varieties grow in the vineyards located near the towns of Offida and Ascoli Piceno, at about 200-300 meters above sea level.
Rosso Ca del Merlo is an unusual blend of international and autochthonous blends composed mostly of corvina, corvinone and rondinella, to which is added a 15% of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, sangiovese, nebbiolo and croatina. A spatial blend, an international journey in a suggestive and dynamic sip. The red of Valpolicella is produced with the famous ripasso technique. After the selected harvest, the must macerates for 3-4 days on the skins, where the marcs of the blend undergo a first initial alcoholic fermentation, and then do another on the amarone marcs.

Giulia Negri 's Barbera D'Alba is a modern interpretation of Barbera, thanks to the mineral-rich soils of the La Morra cru. The grapes are harvested in small boxes and rigorously by hand. The grapes are pressed and left to ferment spontaneously in steel vats, then the wine ages for about 16 months partly in steel and in French oak tonneaux. On the nose the small red fruits and leather are the most present scents, in the mouth the sip is frank and dry.
