Wine with an intense ruby color with nuances that turn towards garnet. The nose opens with the characteristic hints of wild strawberries and raspberry, strawberry and morello cherries, with a finish of sweet spices: vanilla, sweet pipe tobacco leaf and coffee. In the mouth we find it dry, the typical tannins of Sagrantino are modulated by the freshness and good alcohol content that make it a well-structured wine. Entirely produced with Grechetto grapes, this wine has a straw yellow color. Particularly fine on the nose with a bouquet that develops between hints of elderflower, broom, yellow pulp fruit: peach, mango; With a finish of aromatic herbs reminiscent of thyme, sage. The Aleatico Passito dell'Elba docg 2021 is a natural passito obtained from the aromatic Aleatico vine, native to the island of Elba. After the harvest which generally takes place during the first half of September, the grapes are dried on special racks in the open air for a period of about 10-15 days. Vinified in steel containers at a controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins for about 7 days.

Ginevra Elba Rosso Doc 2018 is obtained from Sangiovese (60%) and Merlot (40%) grapes born on clayey-ferrous soils on a flat position. The harvest is early for the Merlot while it generally takes place around mid-September for the Sangiovese. Vinified in steel, with maceration for about 7 days; aged in French oak barriques for 12 months and refined in the bottle for another 12 months.

Grape rediscovered a few years ago, widespread throughout the Abruzzo region. The name "pecorino" is given by the sheep's muzzle shape of the bunch and by the fact that when the shepherds passed through during the transhumance, the sheep stopped to graze the leaves of this vine.

Mastro Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC by Cantine Maligni is obtained from Montepulciano grapes grown on medium-textured clayey soils, in the municipality of Chieti in a planting with 1600 vines per hectare. It is vinified with destemming, crushing of the grapes and maceration with the skins for 15 days. After racking, it is aged in steel for 12 months.

Tuscan Vinsanto… a wine whose origins are lost in the mists of time. Vinsanto in Tuscany is such an important wine full of meaning that it was difficult to buy, it was an ambition to make it at home with your own hands; in every family there was a person in charge of this art, usually the father or grandfather. The hypothesized origins of this exquisite drink, as well as those of its singular name are different and are lost in the mists of time. A Sienese legend says that in the 14th century a friar distributed a wine that healed the sick, hence the belief that it was a miraculous wine, "Santo". However, it cannot be excluded that the name "holy" derives from the use that has always been made of it during Mass.

Produced with grapes from vineyards of the companies of Gaville (Florence) and Chianciano/Montepulciano (Siena), the latter planted at high density and considered by us to be particularly happy and suitable for producing great wines.

Chianti Classico Riserva is produced exclusively in the oldest wine-growing area of Tuscany, in a landscape of breathtaking beauty.

Produced in the oldest production area, as stated in the disciplinary that regulates it, this area gave its name to the wine and is the only one where Chianti Classico is produced. It extends between Florence and Siena in a territory of breathtaking beauty, made up of villages perched on the top of the hills, of olive trees cultivated in steep fields with an irregular outline and of cypresses lined up to delimit the innumerable dirt roads.

The Chianti Riserva "Nipozzano Vecchie Viti" comes from 40-year-old vines from the Rufina area. It is an intense, full-bodied, elegant and persistent wine, animated by hints of berries, pepper, cinnamon and other sweet spices. It ages for 24 months in oak barrels

Although it has not been possible to call it by its real name for years, it has always maintained the intrinsic characteristics of the historic vine. The pleasant fine taste of bitter almond gives it its current name Almond.

Salice Salentino DOP Cantalupi is produced with Negroamaro and Malvasia nera di Lecce grapes from spurred cordon cultivated vines on alluvial soils, medium texture with areas tending towards limestone. The harvest takes place by destemming and soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maceration for 12 days at a temperature of 28-30°C. Aging for at least 12 months in hl oak barrels. 30.

In the glass it has a beautiful ruby red color, very concentrated. The vegetal notes discreetly face the nose, where it is then enveloped by an iridescent fan, between fruity and spicy. When tasted it has a good structure, with a warm and enveloping sip. Wonderful with cannelloni with sheep's sauce.

In the wide and varied range of labels of the Conti Zecca winery, the wines made with native single grape varieties stand out for importance and interest. The company is investing considerable energy in this direction.

Il Pinot Nero Blauburgunder J.Hütte è un vino rosso che esprime in modo autentico l'essenza dell'Alto Adige DOC. Also known as Traminer Aromatico, Gewürztraminer was already known in the thirteenth century for its aromatic qualities and its ability to drink, and is today, without a doubt, the most famous and well-known South Tyrolean wine in the world. In all likelihood its origins are to be found in Termeno (Tramin), from which the name "Traminer" derives.

Rich in sodium, albite is a typical mineral of the Alps, in particular of Valle d'Aosta, Piedmont and Alto Adige, where it finds the ideal subsoil for its development, proving to be a faithful ally for the vine. This Sauvignon is proof of this, presenting itself as the perfect synthesis between territory, climate and grape variety, thanks to its typicality which, in combination with albite, gives life to an authentic, complex and characterful label, capable of perfectly combining, to the gentleness of citrus and floral tones, an important structure and a strong minerality.

We have abolished substances such as Albumin (from eggs) and Casein (from milk) which are commonly used for wine clarification processes.

The red Etna Calderara Sottana by Girolamo Russo was born in the vineyards located in the Contrada Calderara Sottana district in Randazzo, in the extraordinary wine-growing panorama of Etna, a terroir particularly suited to the production of wines of great value, thanks to unique temperature ranges.

This sweet wine has a unique style. The red color is impenetrable, the scent evokes blackberries, dried fruit and cinnamon, the taste is of a singular balance. In fact, the dense texture of tannins imprisons acidity and sweetness and everything is confused, creating a gustatory sensation of harmonious fullness. It is thanks to the drying of Sagrantino grapes on racks that such a concentration is obtained. Originally Sagrantino grapes were used only for the making of this sweet wine, drunk on the occasion of religious ceremonies in the villages of the area.

The grapes have a strong anthocyanin charge, good acidity and a good sugar content. The vine has this name because the Tuscan wool merchants recognized a resemblance to their grapes and thought it was a mutation of Sangiovese.

It is the only DOC in Abruzzo dedicated exclusively to white wine, perhaps the best among the Trebbiani.

We therefore believe that it spread in remote times, perhaps pre-Roman, having found its cradle in the Peligna Valley, between the towns of Raiano and Sulmona, which history wants to have been colonized by the Peligni perhaps coming from Asia Minor or from ' Illyria, around the 12th century BC
