The stylistic trait reveals a particular vocation to the seduction of the senses. Young, lively wine, expression of freshness, but at the same time extractively important. The color reveals it. Loaded with a glossy, brilliant, at times luminous red. It fascinates the eye with its unpredictable reflections in all light conditions. The nose explodes its intense strawberry, accompanied by fresh red fruits, ripe sour cherries and cherry blossoms. The mouth expresses the real surprise: its extractive fragrance is harmonious and enveloping. Fresh acidity, perfectly married with the sugary and alcoholic components.
Our Triluna is born from a skilful blend of Chardonnay , Sauvignon and aromatic Malvasia grapes, harvested manually in slight over-ripening: a perfect balance of floral fragrances and persuasive references to ripe fruit and honey. The powerful extractive richness is flanked by a clear, fresh and pulpy palate. Perfectly balanced between acidity and softness, it highlights its extremely fruity palate with strong references to exotic yellow fruits.
Ripe grapes harvested in their full aromatic and extractive vigor from ancient vines that for over 30 years have produced fruits of extraordinary sweetness and aromatic intensity. Violet and dense allocchio, fruity and pulpy on the nose, it offers clear sensations of red flowers, blackberries and hints of sweet spices. The soft tannins of this Montepulciano dAbruzzo pleasantly caress the palate, giving back sensations of roundness and satisfaction and well balanced by the acid component. Ripe pulp extracts satisfy the sip, losing their softness and yielding to sweetness, fullness and elegance.
From an overripe harvest of Montepulciano and Merlot grapes , a wine with a sumptuous fragrance combined with an extraordinary softness is born. The residual sugar resulting from the partial drying of the bunch on vines over 30 years of age, blends with an elegant concentration of extractive elements that recall morello cherry, plum and red fruits, revealing a harmoniously balanced tannin. Its essence fascinates the palate offering sensations of aromatic fullness and fruit integrity. An important, round, extremely pleasant wine, to combine with complex dishes or to sip in deep meditations.
Shaman white Pecorino 100 years is the result of a project born in collaboration with prof. Alberto Palliotti, of the University of Viticulture and Enology of Perugia. Some slips taken at about 900 meters above sea level from a centenary Pecorino vine from the Umbrian Apennines (still married to Aceri di monte, as was used in the past) were then grafted onto an old vineyard of our estate, in Pietranico. About a year later: the first harvest, fermentation and rest in new oak barrels and a fascinating wine, a unique expression of the Abruzzo pecorino.
An ancient vineyard gives rise to Shamàn. Created every year from the selected harvest of the best grapes, sufficient to produce a single 50hl barrel, it has as protagonists the oldest vineyards of the estate. Dense, garnet color, visually occupied by an extraordinary extractive richness, deriving from late harvest in the vineyard. It surprises the nose for its full fruit integrity, for its hints of harmonious woody tannin and for its incomparable aromas. Full and round, it offers unparalleled sensations of tannic elegance to the mouth.
Vigna Grape variety 100% Pecorino. The soil is clayey with a high presence of active limestone, the cultivation is the typical Abruzzo pergola (commonly called "la capanna"). The harvest takes place in September with a careful manual harvest of the grapes. Cellar The decanted must ferments in steel tanks at a low temperature. Refinement always takes place in steel tanks. Wine When tasted it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense and elegant bouquet with floral and fruity scents. Lively, full-bodied and persistent taste, clear floral scents such as broom and thyme, tropical fruit. It goes well with fish dishes, fried foods but also white meats.
Son of the stony earth is Rosarubra 's iconic wine. We are faced with the most precious interpretation of the Montepulciano dAbruzzo grape conceived by Rosarubra , united in a unique blend.
Let yourself be captured by the flavor and play on the suggestions of the new Traminer Naviganti Vini. Its scent is very delicate and particularly aromatic. The taste of this wine is full and intense, fruity and floral notes emerge, with hints of spices. In Italy this grape is often also called Traminer Aromatico, and in other parts of the world it is also common to find its name written as Gewurztraminer. The intense and typically varietal scent with an aromatic bouquet recalls tropical fruits such as Pineapple and Mango. Dry, acidulous, with a moderate structure, it is suitable as an aperitif.
The very symbol of Abruzzo and its wines, the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo of the 12 Nodi line has a ruby red color, full and bright, with purple reflections in the glass dancing gracefully, leaving rather dense and dense arches, a symptom of a good alcoholic content . In the scents stand out ripe blackberry, undergrowth, sour cherries and maraschino. There is a wild note that makes it unique. On the palate it expresses all its depth, with a beautiful structure and good persistence. The acidity, well integrated into the body, gives persistence and the tannins are rarely too aggressive. The finish is savory, sensual, punctuated by memories of black cherry that cannot be misunderstood.
The history of this agricultural production is intertwined with the history of 2 families. The Castellina property, in the Montupoli district in the Miglianico area, was purchased by Rocco Di Tomo, originally from Miglianico, but emigrated to Venezuela in search of fortune. At the cost of sacrifices and years of work away from his family, in 1957 he managed to purchase a vast land property in the Montupoli area, to leave to his children. For a very long time these lands were used exclusively for the subsistence of the large family. Subsequently, the younger daughters Maria and Anna, after inheriting the current property on their father's death in 1972, married the brothers Mario and Franco Aurora, who had also been involved in the agricultural machinery sector for many years. From the love for the land and its product, and supported by the numerous approvals received from anyone who tasted the Rosso Castellina wine and the extra virgin olive oil, the idea arose of giving the Rosso Castellina farm a more entrepreneurial, whose mission is to have as a result quality products of authenticity, naturalness in respect of tradition, also thanks to the characteristics of the territory and the climate particularly favorable to viticulture. But the production of wines cannot be improvised, so our company has relied on the professionalism and experience of the owner of Chiusa Grande , Mr. Franco D'Eusanio, a graduate in Agricultural Sciences and an esteemed consultant for wineries.
It is the most famous white grape variety in Abruzzo and a choice, that of Cantina Tollo , to give it a version from 100% organic grapes, grown in the vineyards located on the hills of the province of Chieti. The Trebbiano harvest is carried out starting from the second half of September followed by crushing and destemming and a cold maceration, to extract as much as possible the aromatic components of the vine, known for not being among the most fragrant. And it is precisely the respect for the raw material, at Cantina Tollo , that makes the difference, culminating in the refinement in stainless steel in order not to cover or alter in any way the very essence of Trebbiano, a wine that has always made simplicity its force.

The flavor is harmonious and of good quality. Ideal with all seafood cuisine, it also goes well with appetizers and delicate main courses.

Cerasuolo dAbruzzo is obtained from the white vinification of Montepulciano dAbruzzo grapes. To the eye it is cherry pink, clear, limpid and brilliant to the eye. Here we are at the second wine in the Oltremare line, created with the aim of offering the young public an immediate and pleasant product. Actually, apart from the commercial motivation, I would say that if a wine is good we can all appreciate it, indiscriminately. The Rosato 2020 has already shown that the approach is the right one, and the fact of also proposing the red version of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo vinified and matured only in steel confirms the desire to give these two wines a very precise style, played on captivating aromas, moderate alcohol content and a balanced energy to the taste. They say that the colour also plays its part, here a beautiful bright and deep ruby, while the range of aromas offers notes of rose, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, blueberry and a subtle hint of blood orange. The taste shows all the expressive thrust of Montepulciano, with a freshness comparable to that of a white wine, the fruitiness is full and enriched by nuances of cocoa and liquorice, the tannin has that slight bite that serves to remind us that it is not a 'little wine', that it does not last a year and that at the table it can also hold up to dishes of a certain structure and fatness.
Red berried grapes of the territory, harvested and pressed immediately without maceration. Vinified at low temperature. After vinification, the wine ages for 6 months in steel in order to harmonize and enhance its varietal aroma characterized by aromas of pink petal flowers, banana, pineapple, pear, wild strawberry and wild cherry. Pale pink color, on the palate it is fresh, elegant and with a pleasant finish. The pleasant salty note gives a lean and refreshing drink. Unmissable during summer aperitifs based on local butchery, it is a wine that calls one bottle after another and invites to a convivial sharing. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with raw seafood dishes and fried Adriatic paranza

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC organic, produced entirely from grapes from the Montepulciano vine. “Ci li vò” is a typical Abruzzo expression that indicates satisfaction and gratification. In this case it expresses something "perfect" which, placed in a given context and moment, is such as to make a situation sublime. "It is the right time", "It was really necessary!".
Passerina IGT PAOLUCCI shows a decisive vivacity and at the same time an underlying softness. These characteristics make it a wine with an easy and immediate appreciation. The nose is fine but persistent, with a fresh and basically dry but never aggressive taste. Vintage 2019 Alcohol 12.50% Vol.
Maja is not just the wine, it is not just a label. Maja is the mountain that protects us, it is the mountain that gives us this extraordinary climate that gives us extraordinary grapes. We could only dedicate this great wine to her. She who every evening during the sunset looks at us in the cellar, turning her back to the sea. Grapes Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Piandimare from grapes harvested from mid-October. Long fermentation at controlled temperature. The tribute to our land and to the Majella could only be our spearhead. A very long and multifaceted wine, where the acidity obtained from the microclimate supports and elegantly accompanies the maturity and complexity of the fruit matured in small French wooden barrels.
The label was dedicated to the Necropolis of Fossa and its Monoliths in fact. A dedication to the territory, to remember the historicity and the importance it has always had in history. Grapes Montepulciano d'Abruzzo . Long fermentation on the skins with temperatures that can reach up to 30 ° C. Racking and maturation of 12 months in steel, 12 in barrel and 6 in bottle. Intense color with vibrant ruby variations. Acidity that pushes the juicy fruit on the palate, dragging sweet aromas of vanilla, tobacco and licorice into the final mouth. A statuesque certainty.
Blue like the sea that helps us in summer and winter with its climate mitigation action. And it is precisely to the sea that our label is dedicated, as a symbol of the importance that this has in the ripening cycle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes. Long fermentation on the skins. Racking and aging for at least 9 months in steel and 6 months in the bottle. A straightforward wine that does not compromise, proposing the quality and care placed in the vineyard. The varietal aromas of Montepulciano are all there, long and complex. A daily pleasure.
Merum is a wine that embodies the attitude of a territory that has been dedicated to viticulture for centuries and the ability of our oenologists to extract its characteristics in the best possible way, transforming it into a great wine with the Trentino DOC denomination. The bouquet is complex, the color is straw yellow, we recommend it in combination with foods with a delicate flavor.
A “pure” Chardonnay, just like its name.
It has gold in its name - Gold - and the powerful charge of a modern wine - Traminer - decidedly "irreverent", because it is the fruit of an absolutely innovative grape variety, obtained from the crossing of Traminer vine flowers with those of Tuscan Trebbiano. A new variety created in the mid-1950s by Rebo Rigotti, geneticist from Trentino, one of the most brilliant viticultural researchers at international level. Precious vines, rare precisely because they are destined for targeted harvests and an equally particular wine. Like the one that ripens on the basaltic slope of Reviano, the sunny side of the Destra Adige, above Isera (Trento). The care in cultivation and vinification is maximum in order to offer an absolutely original, curious and yet intriguing wine. Gold in its sunny, brilliant color, with almost iridescent luminous reflections. The nose will win you over for the amalgam of fragrances embellished with a myriad of floral notes that recall candied fruit, acacia, citrus of mandarin and elder flowers, which surround the cultivation area in a fragrant embrace. On the palate it comes with fresh vigor, without neglecting the elegance of velvet, recalling round flavors of quince and crunchy apricots, with a never cloying sweetness and a decidedly rare gustatory persistence.
Holunder - a Goldtraminer that stands out for its versatility: to be enjoyed while still young - for immediate sensations - or to be rediscovered after some proper aging in the cellar, for unforgettable pleasures.
Trento Doc is the highest and most refined expression of Trentino wine production. Before being able to taste a glass, you have to be patient: you wait and work for months, years. The result will then be spectacular! The base wine rests for a long time inside the bottle, maturing in contact with the yeasts according to the refermentation rules of the classic method. From the first sip you can taste the climate, the altitude, the very essence of this magnificent land that is Trentino.
Pale straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. Fruity aroma with citrus and tropical notes, white peach and elegant floral scents. Taste: Full, with good structure and long persistence.
