From the 800 olive trees adjacent to our Agriturismo Marciano we produce the precious Extra-Virgin Olive Oil: an extremely limited production with remarkable nutritional and organoleptic properties. The low acidity and peroxide value, the high content of Vit. E, polyphenols, phytosterols and chlorophylls, the composition of fatty acids (showing a preponderant presence of oleic acid (monounsaturated) and polyunsaturated fatty acids) make the EVO Oil Marciano is a high quality organic product, rich in precious substances for our psycho-physical well-being. This group of qualitative characteristics is the result of a set of factors that act in synergy: the production area, the climatic conditions, the varieties of the olive tree, the traditional methods of cultivation, the harvest at the right degree of ripeness and the short times that occur between the harvest and the cold pressing of the drupes.

Firm and austere softness on an important and still vibrant tannic framework. The freshness of the acids and the flavor? mineral give balance to a warm and soft body. LUNARIA ANCESTRALE Pecorino SPUMANTE BIODYNAMIC and ORGANIC SPARKLING WINE with spontaneous fermentation base Pecorino is a white grape variety native to the Marche and Abruzzo. The first documentary source on the origin of the vine dates back to 1526 and is contained in the Statutes of Norcia (PG) where there is a reference to "vigne de pecurino" (Statutes of Norcia, Liber Tertius, Rubrica CXII). This vine, widespread before the phylloxera, was gradually abandoned during the twentieth century to make room for varieties such as Trebbiano, more productive and responding to a more alimentary than hedonistic value. Origin of the name: also called "grape of the pecorari" because of the grape considered of low value, suitable for humble people such as "pecorari" (derogatory term).
Wine has always been the real star of village festivals. Red and fiery like Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, or fresh and aromatic like Pecorino, it has always inspired music, songs, dances and loves. But here in our hills perhaps more than anywhere else, because here the wine is better.
From the cuvées of the various types of vines, flavors, yields and colors are tested, to leave room for only the best. The attention to continuous improvement and the craftsmanship of sparkling wines are underlined by the name "Majgual" (never the same) and by their taste, defined as "always special" by those who know it.
A great pleasure for the palate is fully expressed in its intense bouquet of exotic fruit, a high-class wine, a true combination of refinement and elegance.

POSTA ARIGNANO is the name of the ancient farmhouse that stands in the center of the "Coppanetta" estate where, in ancient times, travelers who crossed the Daunia lands found refreshment and very often also the shepherds in transhumance from nearby Abruzzo. Today the farm is surrounded by about 30 hectares. of vineyards that give rise to most of our labels.
Produced in the oldest production area, as stated in the disciplinary that regulates it, this area gave its name to the wine and is the only one where Chianti Classico is produced. It extends between Florence and Siena in a territory of breathtaking beauty, made up of villages perched on the top of the hills, of olive trees cultivated in steep fields with an irregular outline and of cypresses lined up to delimit the innumerable dirt roads.
