The origin of Olive Oil with Lemons is due to the habit of cleaning the millstones with lemon peels, giving the oil a unique smell and flavor.

Di Carlo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from two different varieties of olives, Leccino and Gentile, typical of Abiuzzo. Leccino comes from a strong tree, which easily adapts to the different climatic conditions in which it grows.
Gentile is a high quality variety that can only be found in the Chieti areas. Di Carlo Oil has among its characteristics a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, beta-carotene and tocopherols which are important for the prevention of cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases, thanks to their antioxidant properties.
Produced exclusively in the best vintages, it is an elegant wine, with great evolutionary potential, obtained from Montepulciano grapes. Each family in Abruzzo has its own LALÓ. Confidential and affectionate name for the grandfather, the Lalò actually represents a fundamental figure in the traditional family structure, to which age and maturity confer authority, prestige and wisdom. It is a mature, wise and virtuous red wine, as is a man with knowledge and experience of life.
GEO , as a fair recognition to an international wine that takes the characteristics of the cultivation terroir and its winemaker. Chardonnay is one of the most versatile grape varieties which, depending on the cultivation style, are able to give musts with a very different structure. The type of vinification used is then able to enhance some of the characteristic tasting markers of this grape.

An ancient vineyard gives rise to Shamàn. Created every year from the selected harvest of the best grapes, sufficient to produce a single 50hl barrel, it has as protagonists the oldest vineyards of the estate. Dense, garnet color, visually occupied by an extraordinary extractive richness, deriving from late harvest in the vineyard. Dark ruby red, on the nose it envelops thanks to intense fruity, sweet and ripe scents, with balsamic and floral notes of violet on a slight accent of tobacco at the end. In the mouth it is tasty, long, the heat blends perfectly with the tannic texture in a great overall balance. It closes with a finish of great persistence, with notes of Mediterranean scrub. For the whole meal, the “Mille e una notte” is a red wine that goes perfectly with elaborate dishes of red meats, pork, lamb. Also try with chilli chocolate.

Fontalloro della Fattoria di Felsina is a Tuscan red wine based on Sangiovese, considered an unmistakable territorial brand. The complex aromatic profile is drawn by dark shades of blackberry, licorice and black pepper with light hints of tobacco. The body is powerful and structured, with well integrated tannins and a finish with a pleasant aftertaste.
The Cepparello di Isole e Olena is a pure blood Sangiovese , a true point of reference in the whole Chianti Classico area. A wine that always manages to agree with the critics who, practically at every harvest, rewards it with top marks. A great wine capable of expressing pleasure even in youth but of giving its best after 6-7 years from the harvest.
Produced for the first time in the 1977 vintage, it was the first pure Sangiovese vinified in our area of Radda in Chianti. The grapes come from our historic vineyards, planted between 1968 and 1999. It ages for one year in Allier barriques and one year in Slavonian oak barrels.
The complexity of this intense ruby red wine, sensual and enveloping, is expressed in the bouquet that immediately recalls withered flowers and red fruit jam. A pleasant spiciness of licorice, black pepper, cloves and vanilla emerges with toasted hints of coffee and tobacco. Maximum Expression: 12-15 years. Vinification: Short drying in the vineyard, permanence of 20 - 22 days on the skins with pumping over in the air, followed by static decanting in large barrels. Subsequently the wine is left to refine for 12 months in 50 hl barrels and 12 months in barriques and then rests for 12 months in the bottle.
Intense and complex, at the first approach it is naturally expressed with ripe red fruit but then strikes for the intensity of the tertiaries: green pepper, coffee, licorice and nutmeg. A full-bodied and rightly tannic wine with a long persistence and great elegance. Maximum Expression: 8-10 years. Vinification: Permanence of 18 days on the skins with pumping over in the air, followed by static decantation in large barrels. The wine is aged for 12 months in barriques and then rests for 12 months in the bottle
The Moscato d'Asti from the La Caudrina winery is a delicate, fresh and immediate sparkling sweet wine. It comes from almost 40-year-old vines at 280 m above sea level and is expressed in an engaging aromatic range rich in fruit and flowers. The grapes that give rise to Moscato d'Asti La Caudrina are hand-picked and gently pressed. The must thus obtained is subjected to clarification and filtration, after which it is placed in refrigerated tanks. Fermentation takes place in an autoclave, to preserve liveliness and effervescence.

Meirggio di Fontodi is a juicy and refined Sauvignon Blanc that has a lot to offer white wine lovers. The nose is stolen and crunchy with hints of river rocks, fresh herbs, white wildflowers and a sprinkling of peppery spices. Agile, this wine enhances the palate, driven by its two engines: savory and marked acidity. Pleasant upon release, this sophisticated white will drink wonderfully even in a few years' time. Meriggio comes from the Fontodi vineyard, facing north, La Rota. The grapes ferment in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, and then the wine matures on the lees for six months, mainly in stainless steel, with a small percentage in amphora.
Flaccianello della Pieve is one of the symbolic products of Sangiovese in the Chianti area. The Flaccianello receives minimal treatments in the cellar, according to a production philosophy perfectly consistent with the line undertaken in the vineyard, characterized by a high manual selection of the best grapes: only spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts is carried out.
The "Lauretum" OIL is a great Abruzzo Extra Virgin cold pressed in the Francesco Valentini oil mill in partnership with Cerretani. The variety used is the Dritta, coming from all over the Loreto Aprutino area. Unfiltered and produced with ancient traditional methods, it is characterized by a pleasantly herbaceous and vegetable aroma, with bitter notes of walnuts, rocket, aromatic herbs and light spicy sensations. Intense, elegant and of the finest quality, just a few drops raw are enough to flavor the best dishes.
