The Passerina grape is the native Trebbiano variety of our province. Nino Bianco is the wine dedicated to Giovanni Faraone, the last of 3 brothers, therefore Giovannino, for friends Nino. Not exactly a native of our region, but a very interesting grape common in central/southern Italy.
