Soft crushing, juice briefly macerated with skins (approx. 6 hours of contact), fermentation without skins for 15 days at a temperature of 12°C to obtain excellent colour and flavour. Production area: Abruzzo and Puglia. Grapes and Vinification: Montepulciano, Primitivo, Negroamaro, Sangiovese, and Malvasia Rossa. The malolactic fermentation is done in barrique and aged for 13 months. Color and Pairing: Red, excellent with first courses, red meats and long-aged cheeses.

Bright amber yellow, the nose expresses a wonderful olfactory profile composed of notes of apricot and peach, dried figs and honey, aromatic herbs and mineral notes. The first wine from Tintilia grapes obtained from vinification in terracotta amphora, an ancient technique that allows to enhance the authentic characteristics of the wine. Intense ruby red, with aromas of black cherry jam, raspberry and plum. Its astringency is quite marked and its freshness is pleasantly perceptible. A wine with great body and balance.

After a long maceration on the skins, carried out with soft punching down, the maturation takes place for 15 months in medium toasted French oak barrels. The color is garnet red, while the scent is ethereal, with a large spicy bouquet. In the mouth hints of ripe red fruit, in particular morello cherry; proposes spicy flavors; tannins present but well integrated.

The highest score ever, among the Italian white wines offered for tasting at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2022: Fileno, harvest 2021, Grillo in purity, is the best white wine in Italy. An extraordinary result for CVA, a small but prestigious wine cooperative in the Agrigento area.

The history of Chardonnay di Fèlsina began in the eighties, from grafts of French clones in the vineyards owned by the nearby Tenuta di Farnetella.

Colore rosa tenue, al gusto presenta una buona freschezza ed una buona sapidità.

VINIFICATION: The maceration lasts 12-14 days in 45 quintal steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25°C, with frequent pumping over in order to extract the aromatic and coloring substances and at the same time soften the tannic mass. TASTING NOTES Pure Negroamaro, aged in large oak barrels, has an intense and impenetrable red colour. On the nose, hints of ripe cherry, tobacco and carob are perceived. On the palate it is full-bodied, with a great structure with accentuated tannins that balance well with the alcohol and the vanilla notes typical of wines aged in wood. It is best expressed with cured meats, grilled meats and meat sauce.

Guidalberto is an elegant and intense red wine, born from the desire to produce a younger wine than Sassicaia, also using Merlot grapes. After 15 months of aging in barrique it is expressed in a bouquet of berries, coffee, spices and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fruity, full, solid and persistent.

Panda di Lammidia is a rosé wine obtained from a blend of red and white grapes. The vinification takes place spontaneously in cement, while the refinement takes place in anofra. Panda is a fresh, fruity wine, with excellent minerality and drinkability.

Barlàn, the traditional allegorical figure of the Ghemme carnival was the inspiration for this great and distinctive rosé. Creating a rosé using one of the finest Italian red berried grapes as a base grape may seem like a paradox, but the Nebbiolo variety appears particularly suitable for this purpose, thanks to its high level of acidity and concentration of aromas. The nobility of Nebbiolo is only partially masked by the fresh palate and the pink-gold color of this DOC wine from the Colline Novaresi.

In the mouth it is intense, enveloping, with a bitter note that counterbalances its veiled sweetness.

It grows in low shoots on guyot systems at an altitude of 450 m slm level in Pochi di Salorno. The favorable position of the vineyard, the very low yield per hectare and the ideal temperature range between day and night are the prerequisites for bringing these grapes to an ideal ripening.

In the territory of Montefalco, the olive groves or "sluices" are located in the highest and richest soil, particularly suited for the cultivation of olives. Trebbiano Spoletino is a typical variety of the territory that extends between Montefalco, Trevi and Spoleto; perhaps the name derives from “Trebium”, Trevi in Latin.

Fine and delicate sparkling wine, obtained from Glera Doc grapes vinified in white, traditionally sparkling in an autoclave for about two months, then filtered and cold bottled. Straw yellow in colour, it smells of wisteria and ripe apple; the taste is pleasant and distinctive, thanks to its lively acidity. It is ideal as an aperitif and to accompany light fish and white meat dishes.

The Langhe Chardonnay Massolino is a white wine from a land of reds, rich and very well structured, it is capable of evolving splendidly over time. Franciacorta 'Parosé' Pas Dosé Mosnel is a non-dosed Franciacorta rosé. The partial vinification in barrique and the rest of at least 36 months on the lees soften the fleshy features of the fruit in supple figures outlined by the notes of currant, pomegranate and mandarin.

The grape variety chosen for the spumante base of Bolla d'Oro is the "Bombino Bianco". Its ancient origins probably date back to the challenge of Barletta and the Spaniards. It prefers deep, draining soils and is certainly one of the most interesting grapes for sparkling wine. Bolla D'oro is born from the application of the long charmat method, with a fermentation period of no less than 40 days sur lie which gives an absolutely unique and original roundness and fullness to the tasting (texture), enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage. Vin de fete, with a great personality and an intriguing bouquet in which notes of apricot and white peach predominate with white flowers (blossom) and dried fruit intruding on the finish.

A dry white of great class, entirely produced from our grapes of the Falanghina vine: its origin is lost in the mists of time; the etymology derives from “falanga”, the pole that acted as a guardian to the vine. Our vineyards are close to the Daunia mountains where the mild winds of Apulia meet the cold ones that come from Irpinia; therefore strong temperature variations are generated, to the full advantage of the perfumes and the great minerality of this vine.

Wine obtained from Sangiovese grapes, exclusively from the vineyards of the "Soccorso" farm unit near the church of the Madonna del Soccorso, patroness of the inhabitants of Montalcino.

Spumante Col de Mez Rosé is produced with bunches of Pinot Noir and Raboso from the Quartier del Piave area. The grapes are harvested at mid-ripening to preserve the acid component. The harvest usually takes place at the end of August for Pinot Noir and in October for Raboso. After being harvested, the bunches arrive in the cellar where they undergo a short maceration with selected yeasts to preserve the typicality of the product as much as possible. Finally, the sparkling process takes place using the Charmat Method in an autoclave.

The last white born in Fertuna, it is characterized by its aromatic, rich and delicate expression, as well as by its marked acidity.

Precious red wine whose vineyards grow on volcanic soils, on the Corne di Turasi. The name of this wine is due to the longevity of the vineyards from which it is made, which are 200 years old. Bicento literally means "twice a hundred".

This Riesling is an excellent white wine produced with grapes from the homonymous vine that grows in Val Venosta. The vines are grown on Monte Sole, where there is less rainfall than the entire western area of Alto-Adige. These particular climatic conditions, and the composition of the morainic soils, give the wines of the Himmelreich cellar their unique and unmistakable character. Its robe is of a bright yellow colour, with intervals of greenish reflections. As it enters the glass, Riesling releases a multifaceted bouquet, the first scent that is perceived is sweet and ripe yellow peach. Notes of pineapple with the right point of ripeness, prickly pears and fresh grapefruit follow immediately afterwards. As it passes, the palate is filled with minerality, its juicy and exotic taste is incomparably mineral and refreshing. This fresh white wine with a delicious taste goes perfectly with light appetizers, fish in general and seafood, but is also perfect with Asian dishes.

From Trebbiano di Lugana grapes produced in the area located in the southernmost stretch of Lake Garda. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Medium-bodied, but fresh with a delicately fruity and soft bouquet. Ideal with fish-based dishes, rice, first courses, and hors d'oeuvres in general.

This wine, which represents the Molise typicality, is obtained from the native vine of the region: the Tintilia. A recently re-evaluated variety, it is characterized by the difficulty of breeding and harvesting and by low productivity which had led to its abandonment in the past. The wine produced is slightly tannic, ruby red in color with spicy varietal notes. It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of 18°C. It is best expressed with hors d'oeuvres, fresh cheeses, cured meats, white meats.

Falerio Pecorino tells a story that comes from the past. A blend that, in our bottle, sees Trebbiano refine the power of Pecorino for a glass suitable for the most carefree moments of the day, including those at the table. Pear-fruity, it moves to floral sensations that bring back jasmine, then returning to the fruit with green notes of kiwi and round sensations of passion fruit. The sincere and pounding sip of Pecorino relaxes on the memories of wild flowers typical of the Trebbiano that accompanies it in this bottle.

A Primitivo expression of its land, Acquaviva delle Fonti, of which it tells the long winemaking tradition, but also the history and legends; like that of the Mascheroni, guardians of the monumental Palazzo De Mari. Bright red color with violet reflections and intense aromas of small red fruits. On the palate it is fresh, sapid and rightly tannic, with a soft and fruity finish. Pairings Excellent table wine, it finds the best combination with the typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.

A niche edition that comes from a small vineyard of ancient saplings. The color is dark red. The scents are those of plum jam and bitter chocolate which just covers the smoky notes. There are also the typical scents of the Mediterranean maquis. On the palate it is cherry-like, deep and intense, with very soft tannins. Pairings Ideal with meat sauce, roasts, aged cheeses and Mediterranean dishes.

Rosé wine obtained from primitivo racemes. Intense, enveloping and at the same time delicate and elegant with a fresh acidity and a long citrus finish. Pairings Serve as an aperitif to combine with seafood and land appetizers. The combination with shellfish, seafood and fish-based dishes is exciting.

It has a bright ruby red color with slight violet reflections. The olfactory scents are mainly characterized by notes of red fruit. On the palate it is light-bodied, fresh, characterized by good sapidity.

Primitive with a blackish colour. The nose is saturated with fruit, ripe cherries, pulpy and juicy. In the mouth the sweetness of the residual sugars is perfectly balanced by a splendid and very natural juiciness. It is a tale of passions and emotions, a starry night, a research that continues. The vineyards of Cascina del Colle extend over 20 hectares and are also present in the municipalities of Bucchianico, Ripa Teatina and Vacri. The exceptional ecosystem of these places, a microclimate in which there are severe temperature variations between day and night, and the particular composition of the soil, between clayey components which bring softness and longevity and limestone-marble which give intense and varied aromas, allows to produce wonderful grapes which, combined with love for the land, respect for tradition and peasant work, but also the company's ability to innovate and evolve over time, are the essence and the reason why the wines of Cascina del Colle are appreciated for their extraordinary nature.

Produced only with grapes from the "Greve in Chianti" area, in the province of Florence. Obtained with Sangiovese (92%) and Canaiolo (8%) grapes. Vinification with maceration on the skins for about 12 days at 28 °C, subsequent maturation in barrels for 10/12 months to move on to refinement in the bottle for a minimum of 3 months.
