Novello is the first wine of the harvest, not to be confused with the new wine, obtained thanks to the "carbonic maceration" technique, according to which the freshly harvested grapes are placed whole in a silos, hermetically closed and saturated with carbon dioxide; at this point the indigenous yeasts and sugars, naturally present in the grapes (whole), begin the fermentation process. This determines the characteristic of this particular wine, whose notes of fruitiness and softness make it unique and different from any other wine produced with the traditional technique.

The “costetoste”, the only Aglianico in Abruzzo, comes from our Le Coste vineyard: a very steep terrain completely exposed to the South. Extreme agronomic conditions for an equally extreme wine. Fierce tannins and exposed muscles make it an uncompromising red. You love it or you hate it. But it's easier to love him ...
This Riserva comes from the oldest vineyard in Fontefico, planted in 1970. The "titinge" is the fruit of our passion for authentic wine, an intense and elegant Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, with an incredible charge of colour. Its taste “tingles” your heart.
Montepulciano is the main grape of our region, the vine we love the most, the wine that, round and round, we drink with greater pleasure and in any circumstance. Montepulciano is our privileged grape, the one we pamper the most, it is Fontefico's “house cocca”.
Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is a unique wine of its kind, because it brings with it all the color and taste of the grape from which it comes. To those who ask us why we do not conform to the fashion of a more discreet and characterless rosé, we answer: I was crazy! This is Fontefico's “fossimatto”.
This is an Italian extra virgin olive oil cold pressed in Italy, from olives grown in Italy. It is a superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. It offers you the scents, colors and flavors of Nature. Pour it on any food irresponsibly.
"Fever of." it is a wine that does not comply with any disciplinary in force. It is a wine that goes its own way, that of the Abruzzo tradition. "Fever of." it is a simple and complex wine at the same time. It is tasty but without formalities. If you are wondering which region the name of this wine refers to or with which red grapes it is produced ... well, if you think about it, it is not difficult to guess both. However, if you still have doubts, don't worry, just open a bottle and already at the first sip you understand everything!
Saying drinking kissing” is a particular wine, far from conventional schemes: an aromatic white macerated on the skins for fifteen days. Suggests from potpourri to green tea. It is a wine that we only produce in a few years, and this certainly makes it even more unique.

“La foia” is a special edition of our Pecorino Superiore. A bold wine, without prejudice, which seduces the palate and the spirit. It is that urge that captures you and does not leave you until the thirst has passed. It is the passion for emotions. Letting oneself be overwhelmed by “la foia” means indulging in different sensations.
Trebbiano d'Abruzzo has seen many in the course of its history. Trebbiano from Abruzzo can give complex and long-lived wines, but, too often, it has only been asked to give a lot of grapes. However, treating its grapes with love and respect, Trebbiano amazes and tells our land with a special charm. Al Trebbiano, "respectful".
This superior pecorino comes from the white vineyard, a spiteful vineyard because, despite our attentions, it has very low yields, as if it wanted to avoid the effort of producing more grapes. But then he is forgiven by giving us a unique, fresh and voluminous wine, which you will never tire of drinking. It is the "rogue" of Fontefico.
