After destemming and light crushing, the grapes are left to ferment in steel vats. The Tullum Rosso of Feudo Antico comes from hilly land in the municipality of Tollo, in the province of Chieti. Although the ruby color of young Nerello Mascalese is quite pale, here we find an extra point of density. It's not a casuality. The concentration offered by the old vines can be seen right from the colour. Then the nose. Refined and intense, structured and persistent , it is obtained from Chardonnay grapes with a small percentage of Grechetto, a native grape that brings acidity and binds it even more to the territory. The vinification takes place in Allier and Troncaise barriques, where the wine then matures for six months before being bottled and left to refine for another 10 months.

Moscato d'Asti is an excellent dessert wine that goes well with dry pastries and fruit cakes; moreover, thanks to the moderate alcohol content, it is a pleasant thirst-quenching drink in the summer. The combination with cured meats and cheeses is more provocative; a provocation that will amaze you! To preserve all the fragrance of the fruit in the wine, it is necessary to adopt a particular harvesting and vinification technique. In fact the grapes, coming from the company's own vineyards, are harvested manually in the vineyard and carefully placed in boxes for transport to the cellar; here they are delicately pressed and the must obtained is kept in cooling vats (-1.5° C) until the moment of vinification in an autoclave. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and with the help of selected yeasts until 5% alcohol is reached. Subsequently the wine will be filtered and bottled. The result is a lively wine with strong and intense varietal characters.

The vineyards selected for the production of Gewürztraminer Musivum were chosen within the most suitable areas in Trentino for the cultivation of this variety: the hills surrounding the villages of Faedo, Sorni and Pressano at an altitude of 300 -500 meters above sea level sea level. The origin of the variety is still controversial: to date, the two main wine-growing regions where it is grown – Alsace and Trentino-Alto Adige-Südtirol – dispute its paternity. The presence of a town named "Tramin" - "Termeno" in Trentino-Alto Adige strengthens the hypothesis that the homeland of this extraordinary vine is precisely our region. In German, the term “Gewürz” means “spicy”, as evidence of the particular aromaticity of this coppery berried grape which makes it unique and difficult to imitate. From a viticultural point of view, its cultivation represents a challenge to always keep its quality level very high. For this reason it is grown only in areas that enhance its particular characteristics, i.e. hills that are well exposed, but not too hot and with a marked temperature range, therefore located at a significant altitude to favor the generation of typical aromas and their precursors. The variety also requires a particular dedication in terms of hours of work in the vineyard. The harvest takes place in the second half of September: the period varies according to the altitude and exposure of the vineyard. To allow the formation of the typical aromas of Gewürztraminer, the grapes tend to be slightly over-ripened: the 2018 vintage allows the harvesting of perfectly ripe grapes, still fragrant and with exceptional aromas. The grapes harvested in perforated containers are partly sent immediately for crushing and partly cooled in refrigerate.Prima cells. Before pressing, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and cooled, then cryomaceration (or cold maceration) takes place in order to prolong the contact of the must with the skin where the typical aromas are located; the low temperature makes it possible to extract the most valuable aromas and substances while minimizing the extraction of tannins which can give astringency and bitter sensations. Fermentation begins at a low temperature to further enhance the aromaticity of the varietal, continues and ends slowly at a controlled temperature of 18°C. For this variety it is essential to use particular yeasts, carefully selected, which are able to enhance the richness and aromatic complexity natural. At the end of fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its yeasts which release new aromas and protect it from oxidation, until bottling.

Produced only with grapes from its own vineyards in a small area north of Lake Garda, Moscato giallo is a persuasive aromatic wine characterized by an intense yellow color with an overwhelming, decisive and characteristic aromatic impact. The yellow Muscat grapes are partially dried naturally on the vine. The vinification is traditional with cold maceration on the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature around 16-18°C. Fermentation is interrupted by cooling to allow the desired level of natural sugars to be reached.

Our Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo comes from the traditional R7 clone of Montepulciano. The name of the wine is linked to its color: it derives in fact from the "cerasumà" which means cherry. This is obtained through a medium-long process of cryopreservation, during which the contact between the must and the skins gives the wine the bright cherry color.

Oral hints of broom, with fruity notes of citrus, apricot and melon in harmony with the aromatic component of the deposited yeasts. Good intensity? olfactory. Good body supported by alcohol? and from the minerality ?. Acidity? pleasant, masked by the alcohol content. Good persistence in the mouth with delicate notes of ripe apricot and a pleasant base of bitter almond. All in good harmony.

The "Lauretum" OIL is a great Abruzzo Extra Virgin cold pressed in the Francesco Valentini oil mill in partnership with Cerretani. The variety used is the Dritta, coming from all over the Loreto Aprutino area. Unfiltered and produced with ancient traditional methods, it is characterized by a pleasantly herbaceous and vegetable aroma, with bitter notes of walnuts, rocket, aromatic herbs and light spicy sensations. Intense, elegant and of the finest quality, just a few drops raw are enough to flavor the best dishes.

White wine obtained from the grapes of the native Trebbiano Toscano vine, with lively and fruity characteristics, with notes of green apple, banana and pineapple, also a traditional expression of the terroir of the Ruffoli hill, in the Municipality of Greve in Chianti, at 450 m above sea level. Fresh and fragrant in the perfume, lively and rightly acidulous on the palate, to be tasted as an aperitif or ideal to accompany summer dishes, especially cold ones. Aglianico, brought to Italy by the Greeks as early as the 6th century aC , takes its name from the "Vitis Hellenica", whose qualities are repeatedly sung in the odes of Horace and in the writings of masters consigned to history such as Pliny and Virgil. The high complexity and deep structure of Aglianico, grown directly in the company's vineyards, give Altavilla an extraordinary aptitude for aging in the bottle.

The grapes from which our Montepulciano d'Abruzzo doc Dama originates ripen in vineyards with different exposure. Its color is intense ruby red with slight garnet hues, it has a good olfactory persistence with hints of licorice. Rich, harmonious and full on the palate, easy to pair, it goes perfectly with roasts, stewed red meats, cold cuts and cheeses. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18-20 ° C.

Grape selection. Following a soft and delicate pressing with a fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, while partly in barriques. The sparkling base is aged on the lees for 7 months. For more than a century this vine, originally from France and precisely from the Loire Valley area, has been grown on the hills of Alto Adige. The grape harvest takes place by hand, as in the past, starting from the beginning of September. After a gentle destemming, the grapes undergo a short cold maceration in a stainless steel press. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with the lees, in stainless steel containers for about 6 months. The Sauvignon has a yellow color with light green reflections. On the nose the scent is fresh, with extravagant hints of nettle, pepper, tomato leaves and anise. On the palate the flavor is intense and persistent with a good aroma and a savory and gritty acidity. A versatile goblet that goes perfectly with all courses at the table and after the first sip it will take you back to the unspoiled nature on the slopes of Monte Corno.

Lagrein is one of the most important and representative red grape varieties of Trentino Alto Adige. The grape harvest takes place in October, manually. After a delicate destemming and crushing, fermentation follows with maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. To extract color and aroma from the skins, several pumping overs are carried out and finally the maturation takes place in large wooden barrels. In the glass the color is a deep ruby red. The nose is intense and seductive with notes of iris, cherry, blackberry and blueberry. On the palate it is deep and enveloping but at the same time delicate and soft. Thanks to its strong personality, this Lagrein lends itself well to red meat dishes, roasts, medium and long-aged cheeses.

Il Palagio is located above the picturesque Tuscan town of Figline Valdarno. For the last two decades it has been the summer home of Sting and Trudie's growing family and the site of many of their intimate parties, private concerts and anniversaries. The villa, its guest houses, vineyards and olive groves have been lovingly restored by Sting and Trudie and is now a fully functioning, living organic farm and vineyard.

Emidio Pepe 's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a white of remarkable expressiveness and charisma. On the nose there are floral notes, slightly almondy and delicate white fruit. Of beautiful minerality on the palate, refreshing and decisive. Its development over the years is noteworthy.

It is produced with Montepulciano grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature in steel vats. After fermentation it underwent refinement in large wooden barrels for a period of 24 months and was then bottled. It is wine for 15/20 year olds.

Produced only with grapes from its own vineyards grown in Alto Adige on the hill of Pochi, a hamlet of Salorno. Traditional red vinification at controlled temperature around 25°C with frequent pumping over, punching down and partial aging in small oak barrels for about 10 months.
