For more than a century this vine, originally from France and precisely from the Loire Valley area, has been grown on the hills of Alto Adige. The grape harvest takes place by hand, as in the past, starting from the beginning of September. After a gentle destemming, the grapes undergo a short cold maceration in a stainless steel press. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with the lees, in stainless steel containers for about 6 months. The Sauvignon has a yellow color with light green reflections. On the nose the scent is fresh, with extravagant hints of nettle, pepper, tomato leaves and anise. On the palate the flavor is intense and persistent with a good aroma and a savory and gritty acidity. A versatile goblet that goes perfectly with all courses at the table and after the first sip it will take you back to the unspoiled nature on the slopes of Monte Corno.

W'Heart! is a still red produced with 100% Primitivo grapes of excellent quality. The harvest takes place during the first ten days of September.

The vintage, as opposed to the Sansannée, indicates the single vintage from which the wine contained in the bottle comes. Always produced from a careful internal selection of the bases, produced in a specific harvest. This wine's main intention is to enhance and best tell the various peculiarities that each vintage has to express.

The first harvest of Tenuta Antonini was that of 2020. A very young winery, which however can already approach the Italian viticulture sector as a protagonist, thanks to a link with the territory and with the world of wine spanning four generations. Alessio and his father Marco have in fact fulfilled the dream of Simplicio Antonini, who left in search of fortune towards the shores of the United States after World War I and returned to invest all that he had laboriously earned in the creation of a family agricultural business. P121 is the wine that more than the others tells the bond we have with the territory; the most identifying of all our production. We wanted to emphasize this relationship with a label that shows the urban plan of the Ancaranese hills, where our cellar and our vineyards are located. It is a wine that promises adventures, travels, suggestions of freedom, light-heartedness and the desire to enjoy life. P121 is an emotion to drink.

Refined and intense, structured and persistent , it is obtained from Chardonnay grapes with a small percentage of Grechetto, a native grape that brings acidity and binds it even more to the territory. The vinification takes place in Allier and Troncaise barriques, where the wine then matures for six months before being bottled and left to refine for another 10 months.

The line takes its name from the Adriatic side, where the Vallone vineyards extend. The Typical colors of the Adriatic coast composed of the intense blue of the sea and the continuous alternation of the green-gold of the olive leaves moved by the wind. Here in these few words the spirit of the Walloon slope is enclosed. Unmistakable dark red with violet reflections, from the trendiest vine of Puglia, an enveloping wine that is easy to approach.

Pecorino by Emidio Pepe is a white wine with a great personality, full-bodied and intense, which gives us floral and yellow fruit notes on the nose, with a herbaceous finish. The sip has a very pleasant mineral note and a vertical taste of great persistence.

Colour: Straw yellow of medium intensity. Smell: Intense and fragrant with a bouquet mainly centered on white pulp fruit and with hints of citrus and dried fruit. Taste: Freshness and sapidity alternate on the palate and the citrus scents perceived on the nose are rediscovered.

Excellent wine. Intense ruby red color, full, elegant bouquet with hints of cherry, soft and voluminous flavor. In the ancient tradition of the Montefalco area, after having selected the grapes for the production of Montefalco Sagrantino, all the other red varieties were picked for the composition of a fresher and easy-to-match wine. Scacciadiavoli is inspired by this tradition and perfects it by adding that touch that makes this wine even more lovable.

Tiberio Pecorino reveals itself on visual examination with a straw yellow color. The olfactory panorama expressed on the nose is interesting, which highlights subtle and delicate touches of citrus fruits, enriched by a nice range of aromatic herb notes. On the palate it is light, with a slender structure, with a concentrated and expressive sip, which relies on a savory and mineral taste.

By limiting the maceration period to a few hours, Cerasuolo Superiore is obtained from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, the same from which the Riserva wine is born. It has an intense pink color and a subtle scent of rowanberries, pomegranates and wild roses. It is a wine with a versatile character and a great mineral freshness, perfect with pasta dishes, white meats, cured meats and even fish. The elders of the village tell us that the traditional wine had precisely these characteristics.

Introduced in Abruzzo at the beginning of the 19th century, the Montepulciano vine spread throughout the Region to become the only regional red vine, to the detriment of a more selective and qualitative policy with respect to the different clones and wine production. Finally, the Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin has been approved for the Colline Teramane production sub-area, with a much stricter specification, which allows for a differentiation of quality in the vast and varied production of Montepulciano.

Intense and complex, at the first approach it is naturally expressed with ripe red fruit but then strikes for the intensity of the tertiaries: green pepper, coffee, licorice and nutmeg. A full-bodied and rightly tannic wine with a long persistence and great elegance. Maximum Expression: 8-10 years. Vinification: Permanence of 18 days on the skins with pumping over in the air, followed by static decantation in large barrels. The straw yellow color with reflections tending towards gold. Fragrant to the nose that detects a good balance with sweet notes of spices lit on a background of ripened fruit, yellow peach, mango, white plum pulp that blend with the scented notes of jasmine. Camponibbio is a large vineyard located at high density located in the southern part of our company of Chianciano in the province of Siena. It is divided into nine plots in which different vines are grown in different clones. Each harvest, the grapes of the varieties that have responded best to the seasonal trend are chosen. The blend essentially, made up of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, varies year by year, in percentages and varieties.

Produced in the oldest production area, as stated in the disciplinary that regulates it, this area gave its name to the wine and is the only one where Chianti Classico is produced. It extends between Florence and Siena in a territory of breathtaking beauty, made up of villages perched on the top of the hills, of olive trees cultivated in steep fields with an irregular outline and of cypresses lined up to delimit the innumerable dirt roads.

Bright and intense red color with garnet reflections, with delicate aromas ranging from violets, roses, red fruits, to notes of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is soft in the attack, sapid and round, greedy with the aromas of fresh berries and supported by a good acidity that gives it freshness and ease of drinking.

The origins of the vine are not yet certain, but literary sources mention it in texts around 1300, and in particular during the period of Aragonese domination in Sardinia, from around 1400 to 1700. It finds its best enological expression in the sunny and loose soils of the Terralba area, in the Oristano area.

The Tiernu Campidano di Terralba DOC Bovale wine of the Cantina Sociale di Mogoro Il Nuraghe owes its name to its discreet softness: tiernu in Sardinian means "tender". The bovale grosso is a very ancient autochthonous vine, widespread above all in the Campidano area of Terralba, capable of giving coloured, intense and well-structured wines: the Tiernu vineyards are located precisely in the Terralba area, trained using the sapling and espalier system on sandy soils and rich in clay.

Colour: claret pink. Aromas: hawthorn blossom, green apple and white almond with a gentle, delicate finish reminiscent of wild rose. Taste: fresh, savoury and with a lively acidity that goes well with a finish in which hints of small red fruits prevail.

The magic of Sicilian wine told by the Pollara family, in addition to highlighting the natives of the area, is also dedicated to international varieties such as Merlot, capable of exciting and giving excellent impressions. It has a great personality, it has an intense ruby red colour.

Handcrafted grappa obtained by steam distillation in a discontinuous still using fresh pomace selected in Felsina. Naturally decanted without refrigeration and mechanical filtration, respecting the balance achieved after a long period in the cask.

The La Rocca vineyard is located on the hill of Mount Rocchetta, close to the medieval Scaliger castle of Soave. La Rocca enjoys a particular microclimate, which makes it possible to obtain a wine with a unique and unreproducible bouquet and gustatory notes, typical of a pedigree wine. Innovative, since its debut in 1978, it has marked a deep groove in the territory, becoming an undisputed symbol of quality and tradition.

From the pomace of the finest wine, the grappa of Tenuta degli Dei is born.

Forcole Tenuta Degli Dei, pure Sangiovese, is born on a three-hectare vineyard located a few kilometers from the central body of the company's vineyards and facing south. After vinification, it matured 10 months in 2nd and 3rd passage tonneaux and the last 4 months was aged in non-vitrified concrete tanks. The result is a hymn to the best tradition of the denomination, including pleasure and fruit.

Guidalberto is an elegant and intense red wine, born from the desire to produce a younger wine than Sassicaia, also using Merlot grapes. After 15 months of aging in barrique it is expressed in a bouquet of berries, coffee, spices and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fruity, full, solid and persistent.

For the Trebbiano D'Abruzzo "Di Mare" a careful selection of the grapes is carried out from the oldest vineyards, located in the best hilly areas of the company territory. Collected in small boxes. The grapes are processed as follows: destemming of the grapes and cold pre-fermentation maceration at 8/10° C for about 12 hours. Soft pressing and natural cold debourbage for 24/36 hours. Fermentation of the juice in steel at a controlled temperature of 14/16 °C. Aging on fine lees for 90/120 days. Cleaning of the wine and further aging in steel for 6/8 months. Bottling and aging in the bottle for about 12 months.

Each oil best expresses the characteristics of the territory from which it comes. This new line is characterized by the presence of monovarietal oils which, as defined, are obtained from olives of the same variety. Each cultivar being compatible with its own environment of origin has a specific territorial typicality and a peculiar identity. There are unique and unmistakable chemical-physical characteristics and organoleptic sensations.

Grappa di Castellare is made with Sangioveto pomace, brought to vinification within 36 hours, thus maintaining the freshness of the aromas and the typical notes of the grape. The result is a distillate of incomparable finesse, extraordinary for purity and quality.

This oil is obtained exclusively with olives of the "Leccio del corno" variety, which are received at an average altitude of 500 m above sea level. The result is a very dense green oil, full-bodied taste, notes of green tomato.

First time in Abruzzo? This label illustrates how to fully live our tradition: drinking Montepulciano, king of Abruzzo red wines, eating the famous arrosticini (sheep meat skewers), cooked exclusively on the “fornacella”. Intense ruby red color, the nose expresses notes of red jam, raspberry and blueberry. In the mouth it is full and enveloping.

Aceto di Castellare, on the other hand, is made from the best wine, selected by expert palates, and produced following the most refined method, that of shavings. 2020 vintage

Amarone, the flagship product of the Righetti company, is obtained with the ancient method of drying. From October to March, the best bunches of the Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella varieties are left to dry in special rooms, where the right level of humidity and ventilation allow optimal dehydration of the grapes. After the grapes are pressed and fermented, the wine is left to age for three years in oak barrels and barriques. The refinement then continues in the bottle for about 12 months.

Autochthonous vine of Trentino Alto Adige, it has been cultivated in the Dolomite mountains since the fifteenth century where it has adapted perfectly. Over the centuries this vine has given rise to two different biotypes due to the different shape and size of the bunch: short bunch Lagrein and long bunch Lagrein. From the selection of the best short-cluster Lagrein vineyards grown along the Adige river valley, we produce this rich and powerful red. The Lagrein vineyards are grown on the hills at an altitude of 200-400m along the Adige river valley using only simple pergolas: this guarantees excellent exposure of the bunches to the sun, guaranteeing excellent aromatic and polyphenolic ripening without the risk of burning the grapes. When the grapes reach perfect ripeness, they are harvested and selected by hand around the second week of October. The grapes are vinified according to the classic red winemaking technique, at a temperature of 26°C for 12-13 days with the addition of selected yeasts. Maturation in wood follows for 10 months in French oak barriques with 3-year aging and light toasting. Finally, another 12 months of aging between steel and bottle are required.

Tm2 of the Pistis Sophia winery is a macerated white wine produced with Pergolone, Malvasia and Moscato grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel where maceration proceeds for 6 days, followed by aging in steel for 8 months, all without decanting and without added sulphites.

The name means that it is a product that originates from history. In fact, in the past years it was customary in peasant houses that, at the birth of a child, especially the firstborn, the father or grandfather of the unborn child would produce a particular wine at the first harvest, the "cooked wine". This wine was kept for years in small wooden barrels. It was opened, to offer it to diners, on the occasion of the First Communion and subsequently for the marriage of the child. Deliciously accompanied by typical Abruzzo desserts, sweets with almonds or in any case dry pasta.

The organic Montepilciano d'Abruzzo is harvested from 100% Montepulciano vines, its alcohol content is 13.5 %vol . It has a deep ruby red color. Rich and fragrant with notes of violets, red berries and liquorice typical of the grape. Alcoholic fermentation takes place by maceration with the skin in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a temperature of 20-25 degrees. This wine is excellent paired with pasta dishes, soups, grilled fish, roasted white meat, tripe, pizza and semi-aged cheeses.

It is obtained by soft pressing and destemming of the grapes and fermentation in red (with the skins) and timed spraying of the cap at a controlled temperature. Aging is in cement and fiberglass tanks with a light passage in wooden barrels and bottling at least one year after the harvest.

It comes from particularly suitable areas of the Terre dei Vestini, where the low yields of grapes per hectare are not the result of any forcing: it is the soil itself that, by its nature, gives balance to the vineyard, ensuring that each cluster contains within itself a extraordinary concentration of quality. It is aged for 40 months: initially with fermentation and long maceration in Ganymede, then in stainless steel vats and subsequently in fine oak barriques to be completed with a stay in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Intense straw yellow, with slight greenish nuances. Aroma of ripe fruit, accompanied by spicy notes and nuances of aromatic herbs. The taste is intense, persistent, savory in the aftertaste, delicate spicy nuances are highlighted.

Montepulciano Marina Cvetic is the spearhead of the line. It represents the faithful expression of one of the historic grape varieties of Abruzzo, whose breadth cannot ignore the strong link with the territory of origin. Produced since 1997, this wine includes an assembly of 100% Montepulciano grapes, coming from different vineyards all located in the municipality of San Martino sulla Marrucina. Vinified according to a straightforward style, Montepulciano Marina Cvetic expresses the fundamental characteristics of the starting variety, with fruity and floral scents in perfect balance, followed by a long finish with notes of cocoa beans.

The color expresses a deep ruby. The nose is complex with notes of small red fruits. There are persuasive balsamic notes and scented resins, eucalyptus stands out. In the finish there are notes of coffee and wood. Powerful and structured tannins.

A cru that differs from our Chiusa di Pannone for the characteristics of the vineyard, facing east instead of south and with a richer soil in gravel.

A wine with a marked freshness and an intense bouquet, with a citric scent in which a pleasant minerality is found. White grapefruit and acacia and orange blossom flowers emerge.

With an elegant and floral nose, the Bianco di Pitigliano Superiore Doc Rasenno shows off refinement and great cleanliness.

The whole bunches are sent to the pneumatic press and the must is fermented with its indigenous yeasts at a low temperature (12-14 ° C) in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days. The refinement takes place in steel tanks and, subsequently, in the bottle. At tasting it has a straw yellow color. Intense aroma with hints of broom, white pulp fruit, and ethereal. Fresh, intense, savory and full-bodied taste. Excellent to accompany an elaborate seafood cuisine, medium-aged cheeses, structured first courses, white meats.

This red wine Taurasi Riserva DOCG Della Società is the result of the passion and pride for the land of the Irpinia winemakers. Raffaele Pagano with his Cantina Joaquin , founded in 1996, is one of them: expert winemaker and winemaker, always outside the box. Its wines have a particular production history, marked by vintages and vintages. Della Società's Taurasi Riserva DOCG comes from the hilly and volcanic soils of Irpinia that give the wine a fresh mineral note. Made with historic Aglianico Taurasi di Avellino vines, only a few bottles produced for a precious wine, to be reserved for special occasions. The vinification takes place with natural methods, only top quality grapes left to ferment for a long time with native yeasts. This red wine ages in acacia wood barrels for two years and finishes in glass bottles for another year.

The olfactory whole is highly refined, with fruity accents of ripe peach and apricot, hints of tarragon, sage and hints of iodized notes.

This sweet wine has a unique style. The red color is impenetrable, the scent evokes blackberries, dried fruit and cinnamon, the taste is of a singular balance. It is thanks to the drying of Sagrantino grapes on racks that such a concentration is obtained. Originally Sagrantino grapes were used only for the making of this sweet wine, drunk on the occasion of religious ceremonies in the villages of the area.

Wine obtained from Pecorino, Cacciuno and Santo Marino grapes, the color is straw yellow with golden reflections, limpid wine with a good alcohol content. Slightly citrus fruit and green apple aromas. In the mouth the wine is fresh, intense with good flavor and body, medium finish.

The hand-picked grapes from the Pianella and / or Loreto Aprutino vineyards are placed in small boxes and transported to the cellar. The crushing and pressing is carried out with the aid of a small crusher-destemmer and an ancient press. The must obtained is transferred partly in terracotta amphorae and partly in used French oak tonneaux. To start the fermentation, the “pied de cuve” of indigenous yeasts previously obtained from the same grapes is added. Fermentation normally takes place in 7/10 days and the wine obtained is decanted and aged on its noble lees in 15hl Slavonian oak barrels and in terracotta amphorae. The refinement lasts about 2 years, after which the wine is decanted and bottled without filtration.
