The Recioto Della Valpolicella of the Nicolis family is created with traditional techniques that transform the ripe grapes of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara into a rich and complex wine. The high quality grapes are carefully selected and left to dry over the winter, concentrating the sugar content and flavor compounds. The dried grapes are then fermented to an acceptable alcohol level, leaving a high sugar content in the finished wine.

Deep dark ruby red that gradually turns towards garnet. Powerful and aristocratic nose made of ripe fruit, jam, sensations of cocoa, walnut husk, tobacco and leather. A powerful yet gentle and elegant full-bodied wine, very noble in roundness, complex and with an unmistakable flavor played on the balance between volume and softness, warmth and freshness, austerity and richness.

A unique wine, with a bright cherry pink colour, aromatic, typical for the scents of fresh flowers and roses, for a light musky sensation and intense hints of red fruit. Sweet, lively, fresh, pleasantly acidulous, it explodes on the aftertaste with the same fruity notes perceived on the nose which suggest the combination with berries, desserts and strawberry parfait, jam tarts and sweets in general.

Red wine perfect for an aperitif or a friendly dinner, not too demanding, excellent with appetizers, first and second courses of meat. The very suitable soil from which the grapes are born gives it pleasant spicy scents, the shorter refinement makes it suitable for young consumption and highlights the fruit with respect to the structure. The full and elegant taste distinguishes it from other wines of its category.

Bears a woman's name (Elena) this ruby red wine with garnet reflections that ages in the cellar before bottling. It offers sensations of ripe fruit to the nose and a long, slightly vanilla-flavoured aromatic persistence. In the mouth it is dry, fruity, pleasantly acidic, full-bodied and harmonious. It goes well with roasts and stewed meats, cooked cured meats, game stews.

Wine of great structure, good harmony and long persistence. It has a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections, intense fruity aromas of currants and blackberries, supported by a note of vanilla. The dry, pleasantly acidic, highly sapid flavor goes well with cured meats, roasted and boiled red meats, well-aged cheeses.

This version of Barbaresco Bera takes its name from the Serraboella hill, located in the Municipality of Neive, particularly suited to the production of noble, elegant, long-lived wines. It has a bright ruby color with orange hues, the flavor is robust and full, with spicy sensations. An excellent Barbaresco, complete and characteristic, which lends itself to accompany important dishes based on meat and game. Thanks to its longevity, it can also become a collector's item, which will be able to give us strong emotions even after twenty-five years!

Elegant, austere, of great nobility; this wine made from Nebbiolo grapes has a garnet red color with orange reflections. In the glass it releases ethereal and spicy aromas, with light notes of vanilla and dried flowers, while in the mouth it is generous, of great harmony and persistence. It goes well with red meats, game and aged cheeses. Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards in the Basarin sub-area in Neive.

Among the few white wines in the land of reds, this wine comes from the now famous native grapes. It has a very delicate straw color and floral aromas reminiscent of acacia, wild flowers, honey. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid, pleasantly acidulous, decidedly inviting. It is an excellent aperitif and goes nicely with appetizers, pasta and fish dishes.

Produced with Nebbiolo grapes, it is a garnet colored wine with orange reflections, lively and captivating. It has ethereal, ample and persistent aromas, reminiscent of violets and roses, a dry taste, with a good structure, pleasantly sapid, with already sweet tannins. It goes well with grilled red meats, baked pasta, medium-aged cheeses.

The grapes to produce this Asti sparkling wine with finely aromatic characteristics are obtained from vineyards planted with Moscato bianco, on soil rich in limestone. The continuous "perlage", the persistent foam, prelude to the broad and intense bouquet reminiscent of orange blossom and sage. The sweet and inviting taste is attenuated by a stimulating acidity. Ideal with dessert, party wine, as an aperitif and for any other occasion to remember.

Classe 33 Rosso is the fruit of a project that began in 2000 when we planted the so-called “Bacchilega” vineyard. An ambitious goal: to bring a strictly local Sangiovese into the glass, without "mediations" (wood) or "aiutini" (improving vines). Only with the 2021 harvest, when the plants finally entered "mature" age, were we convinced that the goal, in our opinion, was achieved. It could not fail to bear the "Serra" sub-area on the label. Being among the pioneers of Georgian amphora (kvevri) winemaking in Romagna was truly an inspiring privilege for us. Amphorae are a splendid tool: they have proved to be an incredible accelerator and concentrator for the maturation of Albana wine, without however affecting even a single pinch of its varietal profile! And so Vitalba was born in 2013: a successful gamble, now the white "flag" of our company.

The most "Romagna" vine we have, a true and unique expression of the territory, in its 'dry' version, the one we love most.

Our most important red, from the best vineyard of the Petrignone farm, dedicated to mother Thea: when she died, it was 1989, we were little more than kids, we decided to continue her passion, and, if one day we produced a wine very good, to dedicate it to her. It took ten years, but we were happy, in 1999, to present Thea 1997. Dedicated to you, mom.

The link with tradition and the territory is important, very important, but sometimes the producer's curiosity is the engine of sometimes surprising "experiments"....

There are “female” rosés and “male” rosés. Here, this is a male rosé, which likes a cold cuts platter more than a fish cruditè. Only 'a few hours', maximum five, on the skins.

On the eve of the 2019 harvest we were on the verge of uprooting the last hectare of our splendid "della flame" Trebbiano vineyard in Petrignone: the commercial response and the market "mood" were too lukewarm (euphemism) towards this vine. But, "rather" than eradicating it, we wanted to make an extreme attempt, and put the maceration experiences acquired with Vitalba to good use and do something new: 25 days of maceration in concrete, a bit of good luck, and, voilà .

The first flag placed by Domenico in Ginestra and the first wine with which he made himself known in the world. One of the wines that in the last 30 years have made the history of the Barolo appellation in its entirety.

Historic vine and our workhorse. Strong and gentle in character and softness (as it is also said of the people of Abruzzo). Obtained from native grapes and selected in the harvest. Plant in rows 1/2 height exposed to solagna on calcareous-clayey soil. Appearance of cardinal red color with purplish reflections tending to blue. Excellent and well structured. Fruity and spicy bouquet, intense flavor and good body. Ideal with grilled red meats and more, salami and aged cheeses.

Obtained from native grapes and selected in the harvest. Appearance of straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it is fresh and floral with notes of white berry flowers and balsamic notes on the aftertaste. Ideal with all seafood cuisine, it also goes well with appetizers and delicate main courses.

Vine rediscovered a few years ago, widespread throughout the Abruzzo region. The name "pecorino" is given by the sheep's face shape of the bunch and by the fact that when the shepherds passed through during the transhumance, the sheep stopped to graze the leaves of this vine. Cantina Wilma obtains its wine from the "Pecorino" vine with low-row plantings on sandy calcareous soil. Appearance of yellow color, excellent fruity bouquet. The flavor is harmonious and of good quality. Ideal with all seafood cuisine, it also goes well with appetizers and delicate main courses.

Obtained from native grapes and selected in the harvest. Appearance of intense cherry color with pink reflections. On the palate it is fruity with notes of black cherry and cherry. Pairings: throughout the meal.

A white wine that manifests its conception of a great interpreter of the Dolomites capable of reaching important peaks of balance. A white wine that manifests its conception of a great interpreter of the Dolomites capable of reaching important peaks of balance. Floral and delicate on the nose, it whispers notes of elderberry and unfolds spicy sensations. Mineral and savory fluid, characteristics directly connected with the particular composition of the mountain soils, of beautiful elegance and intensity

Awarded with three glasses by the illustrious Gambero Rosso guide. In the vineyard with manual harvesting in boxes of a maximum of 18 kg. Grapes coming exclusively from our vineyard of La Santissima di Gussago. VINIFICATION: in white in pneumatic press with soft pressing of the whole grapes and use exclusively of the 1st fraction. After static and physical separation from the impurities of the must at low temperatures, the inoculation of selected yeasts for fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. This is followed by racking and lowering of the temperature to around 10°C to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once the "draught syrup" has been added, it is bottled, capped with a crown cap and laid down in a pile for the second fermentation. AGING IN THE BOTTLE: 54 months.
